Great platform to maximize daily efficiency and stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to organize my day to day along with keep up with my cadences

The constant updates moving things around

Organization. Benefitting by allowing me to not have to worry about so much admin work to focus solely on being on the phones.

Reminders, no lost leads, tracking of leads

nothing so far its easy to create your own cadences

SalesLoft is easy to use. It's my entire schedule in one place.

The only downside I would say is sometimes the email setting spaces the smails to gapped out.

It's keeping my organized so that I don't forget to follou up with people. It is literally my brain.
Best CRM tool for bulk emails and calls
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and bifocation of doing the cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to integrate it with other softwares. Also the customer service team seems to be inactive and the response from them comes very late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce to streamline my sales outreach, engagement and to keep a tab on Analytics etc.
Salesloft a new way to organize my day!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SalesLoft reunites all sales steps in their platform. I love to be able to work with the cadences and pull up information straight out of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I still have trouble with is receiving calls and answering calls. I've been letting the Dial open all the time on my computer screen but if I forget to leave the Dialer open I won't receive calls or be able to answer the calls.

it makes my day easier to manage, easier to have the previous information about my clients and previous conversations etc

What do you like best about the product?
Distinct to Salesloft is its high user friendliness compared to similar tools. Buttons are where they should be, tools operate how users expect them to... it's a delight to show them how easy Salesloft is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more power as an admin. Its hard to see when someone last logged in, or to do reports on who is set up properly, or has email and calendar connected. And of course I wish the dialer was built on Webex so we could be permitted to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the midst of a full sales and business transformation. Farmers need to be converted into hunters. We view Salesloft as a critical piece of that hunting tool kit. Additionally, we need to do more with less -- and salesloft provides the means by which to give our teams the scale to be successful.
Salesloft is an AE's Greatest Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI backed Rhythm tab and the Cadence tab. The layout makes it very easy to continue my follow-up conversations, while reaching out to new prospects who are more likley to answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about Salesloft. One issue my team has is adding too many accounts on the same company. This makes it hard to see who is wokring an account and spreads out the POC's so you may miss a relevant lead for your campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft's organizational features like Rhythm and the Candence tab help me get more activites done. I now average about 100 calls/emails per day, and have incresed my opportunity generation and won deals. These tabs and the simple interface make it easy to continue step to step and be much more efficient than the CRM we were using before.

The rhythm portion is very helpful! It ensures that I am following up with specific contacts.

That I am only able to send out 250 emails a day.

Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is not only an extremly user friendly platform, but gives great cadence template examples and organization suggestions. Love the filter features when trying to organize my day and work on "eating the frog." Also, love that you can save the templates you make for each candence, but also have the ability to easily edit and peronalize each one. Another favorite feature is the calendar link you can attach to your emails that allows your clients/contacts/prospects to select a meeting slot easily on your calendar through your email link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the spacing will be slightly off with some emails and I will need to go back, cancel the email and edit it accordingly, which adds unnecessary editing time. But, other than that can't really think of much else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier prospecting, better organization skills to take on different outbound prosecting areas, easier dials.
My experience with Salesloft has been great, would definitely recommend to others.

Easy to use, cadences keep outreach organized, integrates with Salesforce, calls straight through the website, mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, only positives.

Having to plan outreach manually. Placing prospects in cadences eliminates this.
