Salesloft is a capable tool for high performing sales teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has a great UI, is intuitive to use and makes selling easier with the abundant features catered to outreach. It is a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has had issues with the product and now with support tickets open for weeks, it seems less likely that the SL team will ever get to these. It is dissapointing as it is an otherwise liked product around the office.

Helps us simplify sales outreach in a platform that is optimised to deliver volume and efficiency.

the new AI and latency, clunky at time and with the cadences it resets everytime you press F5 which is annoying

I like Salesforce because it help me to track my job. I alreay have been suggested to people that I know to use Salesloft.

It has been hard for me to do the cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has helped me to find the history of an account. What we as a company have been telling to our customer and, in this way I can continue with the conversation in the right direction.

Helps keep my day organised, easy to track activity and great reports

Sometimes can be laggy, going back may lead me back to a page I didn't expect.

Collection of Information and a Great Tool for Strategic Thinking.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft can be aligned with SFDC and all the emails can be logged, it can be utilized a collection of Information. I believe this is a great tool for strategic thinking. I also like the dashboard where I can check how many sales activities I did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I like that all the emails that I sent to customers registered are recorded, I wish I could delete some recorded emails and I occasionally feel uncomfortable that someone can access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me see the forest, not just the trees. Engaging in direct sales activities can sometimes lead to a loss of direction, but Salesloft allows me to think objectively.

The simplicity, even when there's a big update I can get around it very easily.

The calls can lag time to time, the also stopped working all together few times

Simplify the process of calling through the SalesLoft extension on salesforce.
Large productivity boost
What do you like best about the product?
My company used to use mail merge for campaigns, but we made the switch to salesloft. I like that you can import as many contacts as you want, and they will sync with salesforce. The most helpful feature for me is that the import shows the last emailed date for contacts. We try not to follow up with our client too soon, so this is a nice feature.
The automation features for multi-step campaigns are very helpful for our senior team members who don't have the time to monitor their outreach each day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are specific to one campaign. I'd like to see the analytics behind all of my campaigns across salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a number of different clients, so it is hard to engage everyone with manual campaigns. Salesloft saves me quite a bit of time for this reason. I can create a blanket campaign across all accounts and easy pull contacts from my CRM.
It's also key for me to develop effective outreach, so the salesloft analytics are a huge focus because it shows me which cadences are successful and which aren't.

How easy it is to cadence several people at the same time

when i select a cadence i dont see it high light properly enough before i press continue.

It is an easy way to make sure you are touching all of your accounts by tracking the communication efforts -- you own and your peers in other brands.

I would like to be able to create cadences. (I know it has this functionality, I just dislike that I don't have access to it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hundreds of accounts it is hard to make sure that you are breaking new in-roads with each of them. Salesloft is an easy organization tool to manage the communication efforts.
