What do you like best about the product?
cadence actions, they really assist me through out the day when im on the field to stay on top of whats important
What do you dislike about the product?
the mobile app has SO much potentional, but lacks in functionality, cannot handle large cadence tasks, and does not sync well with what should be top of mind.

salesloft allows me to reach my daily and monthly KPI goals very efficiently and effortlessly
Complete tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
SL can offer a lot of features directly in one sales tool. This can save a lot of time on integration creations or troubleshooting.
The sales process can be completely adopted in this tool, from prospecting to a closed deal.
It is easy to use and set up. I can train the team in a short time and the support is really responsive when I need.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few features you must buy separately become a more expensive tool.

Controlling and manage all the activities in the sales team with a great UI, making easy the use of Cadences and keep the process standards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent Glitches and you end up losing the call recordings.
Salesloft extension takes longer than usual to load at times. Especially when you have to save SLA on a lead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it is used in my organisation for Calling, texting and emailing so as a CRM it keeps records of every conversation that I had.
This platform helps me to do my job effectively and smoothly

The analytics that help me to track my KPI's. I love the integration between other systems I use. The rhythm feature is my favorite.

There is not anything I dislike. I have been using this platform for 7 months .

It solves the problem of automation and it helps me to fully communicate in outreach with my prospects.
Streamlining the outbound sales process
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it organizes the day to day responsibilities of outbound activity. It's easy to customize if you need to switch up your approach, and the email templates are incredibly helpful. Makes it a lot easier to hit the ground running in the morning rather than organize everything yourself. Old notes are a huge help too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a little user-unfriendly, the UI can get in the way of some functions. Cosmetic updates don't seem to really help, if anything just a reshuffle.

Keeping prospects organized and accounted for, helping guide daily tasks, inspiration.
Such a great tool to be more efficient with account management

Utilizing the cadence feature to have scheduled outreach to a large number of my contacts at my partners is extremely helpful and time saving.

Sometimes trying to go back and fixing scheduled cadences can be a little confusing and not as easy to figure out

Regular engagement to stay top of mind with a long list of contacts
It is a fantastic platform for anyone in Sales. I can view the call recordings, contact history etc.

Everything in one place. All the tools needed.

Sometimes it lags. Sometimes it is not compatible with my internet.

I can coach myself, I can use the email and calls recording feature.
Making outreach easier
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it really easy to keep my outreach organized, predictable, and repetitive.

Sometimes email format looks weird (may be my settings)

A challenge is following up with leads after the 3rd/4th touch because there are so many touches to manage. Salesloft makes building and managing cadences really easy so no leads slip through the cracks.

I can rely on it in automation of steps, insights are fine, and it is easy to build a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is somewhat hard to overview cadence's participants: I first search for lead's email and check whether they are part of the cadence. Perhaps there is a better way.

Building, launching, sending, and analysing a cadence.
The perfect software that really helps you being on top of everything
What do you like best about the product?
Rhythm is great. It clearly shows you what needs to be done daily. I also like the possibility of having several cadences that meets all my follow up needs. Keeping track of all my emails and calls is just great. The integrtion between the CRM and Salesloft is very useful as well. You have everything you need at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost every option Salesloft has to offer. Maybe there are some functions that I'm not using a lot, but it's just a matter to explore what's new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me be on top of all pending activities. Nothing is left behind. I can focus on the most important things first.
