What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes people falling throught the cracks almost impossible. It does a great job of keeping you in a structure that allows you to spend more time making meaningful converstaions with your constituents. The cadences are easy and seamless. This is an intergal part of a daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a couple issues with a cadence skipping steps. But other than that, I have nothing negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping create tool that allows for keeping track of many clients at once and not missing any steps. This is integral to my role (fundraising).

What do you like best about the product?
It has significantly improved our sales process by helping us engage with prospects more efficiently. I like that the platform is straighforward and the mobile app and browser extension is very helpful in tracking notifications and updates and also seamlessly integrates with other tools like Gmail, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup takes time and the reporting features could be more customizable to fit our needs better. Some other features are also locked into upgrading to a higher subscription which limits our ability to it's potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us stay on top of our sales outreach and follow-ups which ensured that no prospect slips through the cracks and we could respond right away to any inquiries. The automation feature also helped our team output.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track everything from Salesloft including setting an appointment with my prospect. It's easy to use at frist when we implemented it. And the customer support is always available whenever we need them. I always use Salesloft and it can be integrated easily to any of our CRMs as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't think of the downside as of the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think eerything when it comes to tracking email it helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The Cadence. I tried several diallers or SEP but so far, Salesloft's Cadence is the best and most complete cadence interface. All the functions are well thought from snippets to automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conductor AI. It's not like I don't like, it's just that I don't think it's really useful. But I understand that it's a new functionality and there's a lot of room for improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales process and dialler. It makes the sales process easier by organizing the steps and will only show the steps that are due for that day. I also love interface where users can see all the dialler, cadence step details and contact information in just one window.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the part where inbound calls are automatically recognized by the software of which account it's connected to so that we'll hav full visibility of what they might be calling about.

The ability to customize a cadence depending on what you are trying to achieve is beneficial to easily know who you've already spoken to and the numbers you've already tried to dial in order to attempt connection.

To connect salesloft to salesforce is best as they would be able to communicate with each other on what your conversation was all about and to have visibility on what steps should be taken next.

Being notified of upcoming tasks is a great way to remind yourself if any admin tasks are due to not miss or forget any,
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we have to select contacts on the account and manually add them to salesloft is inefficient. We have to click each name on saleforce then add them each to salesloft consumes 2 hours of my time in a day.

The extension for salesloft does not do anything for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to manually dial a phone number saving us a huge amount of time to call, removes the fact tht we need a hardphone to dial or receive calls which frees up space in our office, the need to use sticky notes on our desk for reminders is another that salesloft eliminated as it would be prone to time wastage as we needed to manually write on paper, eliminates waste on supplies for the same reason mentioned and prevents the loss of data as it's cloud based therefore giving us the security we need to prevent data breach.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most on salesloft is you can see everything, the recording, the transactions and the previous conversation you have with the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
Where I cannot see some of the contact details of the customers, I need to edit it first or import from salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Salesloft, I can easily have the entire conversations and the email thread, call history, everything are on the software so I can easily dial the customer

Frustrating Experience with SaleLoft: A Two-Year Journey of Disappointment

What do you dislike about the product?
After over two years of persistent use, I’ve come to the conclusion that SaleLoft is a platform I cannot recommend. Despite its potential, the reality of its performance has been consistently underwhelming. The application is prone to crashing, often at the most inopportune times, leading to disruptions in my workflow.
Features that should be standard often malfunction or are entirely non-operational. This inconsistency not only hinders efficiency but also casts doubt on the reliability of the entire platform. The myriad of issues I’ve encountered has been a source of continual frustration.
Moreover, the presence of unresolved bugs is alarming. It’s disheartening to see that even after significant time, these glitches remain unaddressed. To add to the inconvenience, useful features that once contributed positively to the workflow are inexplicably removed, further complicating processes and leading to increased time consumption.

In essence, SaleLoft has been a test of patience, with its shortcomings overshadowing its benefits. It’s a platform that, in its current state, seems to complicate rather than simplify the tasks it’s designed to aid.
