Salesloft for SDR leaders
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull team reports and invidual reports. While simple, it is extremely helpful in my 1:1s to comare my SDR and see how they are doing vs the team. It is also fun to sometimes compare based on rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was a back button when goig from custom report back to the main analytics dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease Of management and adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, managment and intergration with other systems such as Salesforce. Adoption ramp up is about a week for new users. The time it saves is pure value. Customer support is always there to help as well. Our CSM is an integeral part of our Salesloft Experience. (Nate Harris)
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to work on making exports, reporting, and API more user friendly for advance use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps to save time, while improving the speed and managment of outbound prospecting. Our managers can easily track and review the activities of their users. This fuels our coaching and development.
Big Fan of Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of the platform of Salesloft and how it really works for a team. I love how you manage your own Salesloft however you can see your teams emails and cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it looks like it is an automated systems but it is so that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves a lot of problems for the organization. It helps manages prospecting and cadences while also helping the teams work together to see what each other are doing.
Nice UI, some things not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly interface of the product, as something I utilize many hours of the day. I like that it's custimizable and easy to use and get the hang of. Offers templates for guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the mobile app was easier to use and I could do more work on the go. I have to use my computer to send emails or check details on a specific contact which isn't always feasible. Sometimes I am not in the office but out in the field and would like an easy and quick way to send a quick email or make a call and be able to log it with notes directly in the app and have it integrate with our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's tracking SDR activity, calls and emails. Tracking who has opened our emails or clicked links.
Its a great tool for customer engagement

Recent update has been great and timely notification and ability intergrate with salesforce

The recent update was a little tricky to get used to

The platform gets slow sometimes when the traffic is high or the internet gets little slow.

Salesloft is helping to sort all my customers data. Also, helping me to reach out to them by emails and calls.
A great all-in-one for scheduling and communicating with leads
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence-building functionality and automation features of Salesloft are great. I also really like how they are integrated with GSuite so you're able to track emails sent from outside of the Salesloft platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find their native analytics in-app to be a bit on the weaker side. There is pretty limited ability to compare and contrast trends over time, which is essential if you are testing and iterating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft enables us to reach out to leads and prospects in a timely, personalized manner. We leverage Salesloft for outreach - calls and emails. One of the biggest benefits is our ability to import custom fields and leverage the data in those fields to create highly personalized emails. This, plus our ability to prioritize and automate lead contact, are some of the standout benefits of Salesloft.
Love using SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
I like SalesLoft for the ease of use, call recording, task organization, reminders, and overall organization it provides for me in my workflow - I can track my own call volume, deal progression, best times to call, and other important information very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of adjusting to the random updates but they are all relatively easy to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of every outbound activity is very important and SalesLoft makes it very easy to stay organized and keep on to of the things that need to get done
Salesloft for BDR
What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to understand. Buttons are quite self explanatory
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unable to set multiple holidays or time offs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the time i spend perosnalizing my email outreach
Salesloft helped me a lot in my outbound sales efforts
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is pretty good. AI reminds you about the important and high priority steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft extension for salesforce does not work sometimes and you have to uninstall it and again install it from chrome store.

It is a one-step solution for all the outbound cadence steps.
