Salesloft: A must for a high functioning tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft rounds out my tech stack and is one of it's most important components I use on a daily basis integrated with my Salesforce. I absolutely love the user friendly interface and ease of use. Scheduling emails to drop has freed my time to increase my calls. The task manager has been imperative to my success in reaching my goals for promotion. I just received my offer letter, thanks Salesloft!
What do you dislike about the product?
This sounds unbelieavable but it's true, I can't think of anything I would change right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has taken cadence steps to a higher level. It keeps my outreach organized and provides so much efficiency I now have time to focus on other critical tasks after I've run my steps. I am also immedialtely prompt with follow-up in to responses or opened emails which has equivilated to more meetings booked and opportunities converted.
Fast and seamless customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is one of the easiest platforms for me to navigate. It keeps me organized and on top of all my outreach activities. On top of that, their customer support features are fantastic. I went to their page and the chat bot answered my questions within seconds and with great detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complaints about Salesloft at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows me to be very organized when it comes to daily outbounding and keeping my contact notes all in one place.

SalefLoft tracking data is very useful and the sequence builder is incredibly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't use their dialed you don't really see your call records
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes it incredibly easy to do all outbound sales processss from one place
Sales Loft is not intuitive to use compared with Hubspot

As a user not a lot. I only use it because my company insists on it

Salesloft dialing function is almost. unusable with no real functionality .

For me it is just a Rolodex
It's easy to use and works smoothly most of the time

sometimes it lags big time and takes forever to open any contact.

for me its easy to work on a single window for all types of communication and salesloft does exactliy that.

The UI is clean and it is easy to navigate when utilizing the software.

It feels like they have constant changes and it is hard to stay in a flow with the platform

Easy of use for our reps to be able to keep track of communication with clients
A great dialer and organizer
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has allowed our team to effectively reach out to leads while keeping track of activities. The analytics are helpful to view which activities and messaging lead to the greatest successes and help us plan for future reachout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a number of updates implemented with the system over the past few years. These updates occassionally make it difficult to complete routines that the team are used to or on a few rare times have hidden a needed feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is our primary tool to dial and email our prospects. We utilize Salesloft to reach out to a variety of users in several indusrties. Saleloft cadences allow us to group each users industry to create and send impactful messaging to that group. Salesloft also allows us to track what activity is leading to the greatest successes.

Used for OB Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that contacts are aligned by account and on the account page you can easily see engagement numbers (opens/responses/etc). The intergration with LeadIQ and ZoomInfo is simple and makes it easy to build a SalesNav list then import through LeadIQ (or ZoomInfo) then jump into "lofting".
What do you dislike about the product?
I support multiple AEs and it would be nice to have prospects easily organized by tags that were simpler to run through task lists in. I add task but often they don't populate easily for me to run through block-by-block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting in one hub then simply feeding into SF.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence maintenance system is so good that it never lets me go off the hook and forget to folllow up with any leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system takes up time to respond back specially if there's a large volume of email on pending or scheduled to be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an integrated plaform with Salesforce, it helps me to run through the cadence, send email, research on Sales navigator and log calls on the leads. The same can be done on Salesforce itself, but following a cadence, having a pre-existing or pre-defined template, and keeping track of all the due workloads is what Salesloft is sloving for me.
