Simple, effective outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft does a great job of helping me manage my pipeline. I love getting to sort my prospects into multiple different cadences based on their needs, frequency of outreach, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhythm was a nothingburger update. Stop messing with the UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest perk with Salesloft is it helps me do long term follow ups easily. I've closed several deals simply by having a prospect in a long term follow up cadence and nudging them with emails every few weeks

The platform is fairly easy to use. I am not sure about the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I would add to the platform. I am neutral on the use of the platform

Allows for easy tracking of the donor outreach work

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way cadences work on Salesloft, it saves a ton of time. I also love how they do the hot leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is not being able to change the type of task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great CRM to make my life easier to stay on top of my notes with customers/leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Im am as scatter brained of a person that youll ever meet. However the sales cadences in saleloft make managing my prospects SO much easier. I have been an SDR with SL, and ive been an SDR without it, and its safe to safe that I could never go back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure if its our personal phone system set up, or it is a lack of functionality on Salesloft part, but my inability to transfer calls to other sales reps has created some challenges

In my role as an SDR I engage in a high number of outbound outreach that would be impossible for me to track on my own

What do you like best about the product?
Love all of the integrations and how it has helped me organize my outreach. Big fan of sequences and going through my rhythm daily.

Organization. Benefitting by allowing me to not have to worry about so much admin work to focus solely on being on the phones.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is easy to use. It's my entire schedule in one place.

The only downside I would say is sometimes the email setting spaces the smails to gapped out.

It's keeping my organized so that I don't forget to follou up with people. It is literally my brain.
Best CRM tool for bulk emails and calls
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and bifocation of doing the cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to integrate it with other softwares. Also the customer service team seems to be inactive and the response from them comes very late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce to streamline my sales outreach, engagement and to keep a tab on Analytics etc.
Salesloft a new way to organize my day!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SalesLoft reunites all sales steps in their platform. I love to be able to work with the cadences and pull up information straight out of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I still have trouble with is receiving calls and answering calls. I've been letting the Dial open all the time on my computer screen but if I forget to leave the Dialer open I won't receive calls or be able to answer the calls.

it makes my day easier to manage, easier to have the previous information about my clients and previous conversations etc
