Such a great tool to be more efficient with account management
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the cadence feature to have scheduled outreach to a large number of my contacts at my partners is extremely helpful and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes trying to go back and fixing scheduled cadences can be a little confusing and not as easy to figure out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular engagement to stay top of mind with a long list of contacts
It is a fantastic platform for anyone in Sales. I can view the call recordings, contact history etc.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place. All the tools needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags. Sometimes it is not compatible with my internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can coach myself, I can use the email and calls recording feature.
Making outreach easier
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it really easy to keep my outreach organized, predictable, and repetitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email format looks weird (may be my settings)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A challenge is following up with leads after the 3rd/4th touch because there are so many touches to manage. Salesloft makes building and managing cadences really easy so no leads slip through the cracks.
I have used the program's basic functionality so far and I like it
What do you like best about the product?
I can rely on it in automation of steps, insights are fine, and it is easy to build a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is somewhat hard to overview cadence's participants: I first search for lead's email and check whether they are part of the cadence. Perhaps there is a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building, launching, sending, and analysing a cadence.
The perfect software that really helps you being on top of everything
What do you like best about the product?
Rhythm is great. It clearly shows you what needs to be done daily. I also like the possibility of having several cadences that meets all my follow up needs. Keeping track of all my emails and calls is just great. The integrtion between the CRM and Salesloft is very useful as well. You have everything you need at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost every option Salesloft has to offer. Maybe there are some functions that I'm not using a lot, but it's just a matter to explore what's new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me be on top of all pending activities. Nothing is left behind. I can focus on the most important things first.
Very simple tool that makes it easy to quickly outreach to prospects.

I love snippets and the ability to quickly add these into whatever email you are writing.

I wish there was some AI function to help write out emails based upon what you have previously typed.

Helps keep templates so I can email more efficiently.
Salesloft is easy to use and it makes it easy to keep in track your leads
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has made the follow up for my duties so much easier. The way by which duties are ordered is very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have stronger reminders of timewise for the tasks. For example, if I have a task at 12pm, for Salesloft to create an alert for me to know at what time I need to do it. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep in track every single lead we have in the system. Without salesloft it would be hard to keep a good follow up with each lead.
Set Up & Go
What do you like best about the product?
I love how streamlined my sales prospecting process has become. I upload my contacts, create a new cadence or choose one of the many templates available (also able to share & choose from my team's successful cadences), and just like that I have my days and next steps scheduled for me. It's made my day to day so much easier. It has such a clean and easy UX and it is easy to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues uploading contacts, but usually able to resolve this quickly. Likely a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is steamlining the outreach to prospects, connects very well with our CRM for activity logging and tracking, and helps with activity metric review.

Rhythm prioritizing works best. I love the fact that I can see who I should be focusing on in my cadences first
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to log in my LinkedIn activity into Salesloft as well. I know it is an integration preference from LinkedIn's side but looking forward to any integration that'd allow seamless automatic logins of all LinkedIn outreach

Automation increased our daily output by miles

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and Rhythm make all easy. The programming within that allows for everything to be seamless / auto-emails. Easy filtering when I have special projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really see downsides. There is not a feature I do no tfindsome value in. Any difficulties do not have to do with SalesLoft but perhas some of our organizational processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time - the program allows me to do things in a fraction of the time it would take otherwise. Additionally, if I miss any steps, there is generally some kind of audit that disallows it from being entirely missed.
