Critical Tool for GTM Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Documented sales process to create repeatable, scalable processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must have proper API connection to CRM for proper workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do you improve what you can't measure? Salesloft brings clarity to revenue operations through email, call and meeting tracking. Not only that, it's literally like having AI for sales. Track reminders, meeting follow ups and more.
excellent UI, one stop for pipeline driving & opp management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy and intuitive it is to use; with recent product updates (rhythym) it's easy to prioritize the top activities that'll drive revenue; sharing data across internal team is a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the tags from email responses are inaccurate i.e. "objection not interested" when a prospect is indeed interested in moving forward; LinkedIn widget has errors at times (i.e. cannot find a prospect)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the use of spreadsheets and manual updates; easy to see how your messages are landing with prospect (no visibility previously)

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft offerers an easy way to scale your outreach efforts. The functionality is easy to grasp for new users, and allows both leadership and enablement teams to develop campaigns for the different sales teams.

if you dont use the full system, it limits other parts

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are easy to use and deploy, making it seamless to onboard new employees. I love that Salesloft provides frameworks to start with too. I find the analytics to be mostly comprehensive, and I appreciate the ongoing innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I run into a technical issue, it is sometimes difficult to get a resolution from Support - they often misunderstand the issue the first time I reach out, delaying time to resolution. I wish I could better organize cadences into folders by vertical, geography, etc. - we have user groups but from an admin perspective, our number of cadences quickly grew and became difficult to manage. I'd also love to see improvements on reporting on cadence performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administrative load on sales and SDR team - it is benefiting us by adding automation to a process/workflow that was previously manual. It also solves the problem of lack of data insights into our sales process.

Not only was salesloft easy to pick up, it has made my cold calling and emails seamless.

I think some of the AI tools aren't the best. But I could see them becoming invaluable over time.

cadence actions, they really assist me through out the day when im on the field to stay on top of whats important

the mobile app has SO much potentional, but lacks in functionality, cannot handle large cadence tasks, and does not sync well with what should be top of mind.

Complete tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
SL can offer a lot of features directly in one sales tool. This can save a lot of time on integration creations or troubleshooting.
The sales process can be completely adopted in this tool, from prospecting to a closed deal.
It is easy to use and set up. I can train the team in a short time and the support is really responsive when I need.

A few features you must buy separately become a more expensive tool.
The automation is limited compared to other tools like Hubspot Workflows.

Controlling and manage all the activities in the sales team with a great UI, making easy the use of Cadences and keep the process standards.

Frequent Glitches and you end up losing the call recordings.
Salesloft extension takes longer than usual to load at times. Especially when you have to save SLA on a lead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it is used in my organisation for Calling, texting and emailing so as a CRM it keeps records of every conversation that I had.
This platform helps me to do my job effectively and smoothly

The analytics that help me to track my KPI's. I love the integration between other systems I use. The rhythm feature is my favorite.

There is not anything I dislike. I have been using this platform for 7 months .

It solves the problem of automation and it helps me to fully communicate in outreach with my prospects.
Streamlining the outbound sales process
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it organizes the day to day responsibilities of outbound activity. It's easy to customize if you need to switch up your approach, and the email templates are incredibly helpful. Makes it a lot easier to hit the ground running in the morning rather than organize everything yourself. Old notes are a huge help too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a little user-unfriendly, the UI can get in the way of some functions. Cosmetic updates don't seem to really help, if anything just a reshuffle.
