All-in-One Communication Powerhouse for GTM Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a fantastic communication tool it provides one platform for out GTM Team to book meeting, make calls, send emails all in one place. Not only that but it integrates into our resource locations to pull in any supporting documents the team may use.
Along with that, the team can use other communication tools such as Outlook and Salesloft automatically reads this and stores the record without the team needing to do anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one improvement I would make with Salesloft is hierarchy. Accounts are a flat layer when it would be helpful to have parent accounts with sub accounts for those larger enterprise business's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The standardization of communication across the team, both in where they communicate with prospects but also the messaging. Having the ability to create team cadences and templates means that the messaging should always start from the same source. Not only that but the visibility of conversations the team is having with both prospects and clients is important for all aspects of the business, from how we communicate to what we are hearing from our customers and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Salesloft makes it to keep track of about 600 different individuals per day, which is incredibly valuable for managing my sales and my business efficiently. Its simplicity in tracking these contacts is something I really appreciate. Additionally, the seamless connection to our in-house systems or ERP enhances its functionality, allowing for a smooth and integrated experience. This connectivity ensures that sales calls and related activities at MRC Development Partners are managed without any hassle, further reflecting the user-friendly nature of Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it kinda clunky when trying to add other technologies to the stack, so we always kept our in-house solutions as the other technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to efficiently track about 600 individuals per day, simplifying my sales processes and integrating with our in-house systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it quick to implement. I especially appreciate the feature that allows you to create emails using their AI, which is a great addition.

There is a noticeable absence of a robust reporting tool that offers visually appealing designs.

The platform allows us to track sales activities such as calls, emails, and meetings associated with new leads assigned to our sales representatives. It also provides the capability to measure the performance of emails and cadences, enabling us to make adjustments for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is very effective in sales engagement and makes it possible for us to drive more revenue.
It is a very intuitive and flexible sales software especially to small businesses and companies with tight budgets.
Effectiveness of the software in business opportunity management, analytics and forecasting.
Salesloft is very customizable to meet specific business needs and objectives.
It very well suited in managing outbound sales and improving customer response rate.
Customer support service of the software are topnotch they respond on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the software features have met our needs. The only issue is the steep learning curve of the product that hinders effective implementation especially to unexperienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has played a very critical role of streamlining sales engagement and ensuring proper workflow management. Through use of the product we have been able to assess effectiveness and suitability of our various sales activities.

I appreciate how Salesloft seamlessly integrates with my mobile number, Outlook, and Salesforce, allowing me to log my calls and emails only once, saving me valuable time and effort. I particularly like how Salesloft records calls and activities automatically, providing my managers with access to track my work progress effortlessly. I would like the ability to add emojis in emails to enhance communication. Additionally, I wish there was a feature where, if a client calls back, it would automatically note the call and begin logging it seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesloft automates tasks for instance follow-up emails thereby saving time ensuring teams work optimally.
