Salesloft: My Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Salesloft feels like running a well-structured campaign, it gives a clear sense of progression and purpose. I also love the user interface; it’s clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, and the features are thoughtfully designed to support efficient, personalized outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system glitches out unexpectedly and ends up missing the logging of calls, which can cause confusion and gaps in our records or tracking efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting into contact with the right people is often one of the most critical, and sometimes most challenging aspects of the process, as it requires strategic outreach, accurate targeting, and persistence to connect with key decision-makers or stakeholders.
Salesloft in the management of sales process
What do you like best about the product?
It is being connected / integrated with the CRM of the company MSD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is not intuitive. And the emails not being lofted in Outlook online version is a huge inconvenience. Customer support is not convenient too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been integrated with MSD is good but having issues with outlook most of the time.
Salesloft for business development at SAS
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create a cadence that sends five touches and it will keep reminding me of all the touches in my workspace so I don’t have to keep manual tabs of all my activities. I also like that I can see who viewed and clicked on my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how it measures personalization. As I could create a cadence specifically for a certain position at a certain company yet because I don’t change the cadence, It says it is not personalized which affects the way I view my data to improve my outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to reach many different customers and keep it all tracked within one platform. It is benefiting me massively as my job as business development is to reach as many people as possible to try and sell my product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everything related to revenue is centralized in sales loft, and I do not need any more software to run my cadences as ahead of business development at my company

The fact that it’s a little too hard to skip steps within my cadences are a bit of a hassle from time to time

Again, as I mentioned, the fact that all my cadences are centralized and one specific place
I use SalesLoft on a daily basis as an SDR

The ease of use and functionality of the platform. Also, the ability to receive feedback from previous call and listen to other team members calls.

I wish it was easier to delete contacts from the system. The people tab can get very overwhelming.

easily tracking and monitoring calls + emails
Solid! Probably more useful than what I'm using it for.

Easy to use UI, text/calls pretty reliable, app is good, setup was easy. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing contacts. That may be more a 'my org' thing than a salesloft thing, but it is the biggest obstacle between me using it more.

Saleslofts' email reporting is super helpful and great and I really like the cadences.

The screen to work on is too small as you cant see what we have done in the past

I like that it has an easy-to-use UI, and the phone app is very useful for tracking your cadences.

I have been using the tool for over three years, and I appreciate all its features and usability.

SalesLoft has some cool intelligence for pipeline, calls, tonality of emails, and getting through tasks

It needs more updates to at least compete against Outreach. Outreach was easier in a way of tracking cadences by how many meetings/opps are created from it.
A lot of our reports do not work well with SL. Overall there needs some work done on the backend.
