Informative and easy to track

What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking my outreach and creating cadances the most. The ease of integration and features. The customer support is good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is losing my calendar conneciton sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of my outreach issues and benefits me on email and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how salesloft too is using AI. It also has a chat at the side which tell you what to do. Even though currently its still getting build but the feature where the cadence priority recommendation has become much better as it tells what to do 1st and what next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes salesloft can get very slow when you going to schedule bulk emails at once. It kinda gets difficult to navigate from one contact to another contact when you have to change few things in the mails you want to send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves the problem of outreaching to people by personalization what to be sent to whom. The cadence feature helps you follow up and be upto date with the customers. Teams can works together and the customizing feature makes it east for reaching differently to a prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Is it the live feed or the timezone organization? Knowing who to call and when has never been easier. Honestly, Salesloft makes my job so much smoother by keeping my day organized. I also love the new text feature—updating the text box size fixed something that used to drive me crazy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app needs some of work. Not the best experiance for Android.

They provide a tool that organizes my day and alerts me whenever a prospect interacts with my content

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes outreach timely, user friendly, personalized and collaborative. I've used Salesloft for three years as a BDR and I can confidently say it is a must have tool to drive business. Salesloft seemlessly integrates with Salesforce, provides personalized short cuts to make persoanlized outreach simplisitic, and the completely customizable cadences allow for sharing across all users. I also enjoy Salesloft's converstions tab to review prior calls, It gives a quick summary, talk ratio and helpful insights to improve my call quality and ensure I am focusing more on my customer. I spend my entire day in Salesloft and rely on the day reminders for calls/emails to keep me exceeding and meeting my KPIs. I highly recommend Salesloft to all business development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were design layouts and more ways to personalize the look of the email on Salesloft. This is something our marketing team would like to integrate into our emails as we have a common template that is used across all other outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me keep track of my calls, activities and emails to ensure I am hitting and exceeding my KPIs.
Salesloft helps me be reflective on my conversations.
Salesloft helps me to keep track of every outreach done to a contact.
Salesloft templates help me see the analytics of what emails are high performing and ways I can increase click, open and response rates.
Salesloft helps me collaborate with my team on email templates they create and cadances my BDR Manager wants us to push into market.
Salesloft helps me set reminders to follow up on clients that want to reconnect in 6-12 months without having to record that information in another spot that would likely be forgotten. It keeps me organizaed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like temp plates, and home page to see quickly what needs to be addressed

I hate that you can not change the name on a call, if i make a call in sales force to " name" person is not in and i talk to some one else.

that people are doing what is required of them

What do you like best about the product?
It's makes my job in sales easier - I'm able to create multi-touch and personalized cadences that i can run wtih just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs here and there on the interface, but the content and the user experience is luckily not affected so I can get my work done either way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes putreach so much easier. I just upload leads, add them to their cadences, and track if anything needs adjusted over time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, intuitive, and makes the job of prospect outreach as easy as it can be. Their support is exceptional and it easily integrates into other platforms like Zoominfo and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires diligence...you have to be on your game to use it effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our campaign outreach and providing us with solid sales analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The day to day task and reminders. I always know my daily tasks with Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Salesloft at all!

Salesloft solves by follow up problem and it benefits me in regards of which customers to follow up with daily and the method of follow up.
