What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, automated steps, analystics, conductor AI is also great
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy, the task follow up feature could be better i.e. an email notification/calendar integration for follow up task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold out reavh via phone call, email, and LinkedIn all stored in one place with analytics.

The worst dialer possible, except for all the others

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several dialers at different companies, and Salesloft is my favorite.

Salesloft makes calling someone easy. And sending bulk emails. Cadences are a great way to control pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
No one has made a perfect dialer, but if you have to use one, Salesloft is the best option you could go with.

There isn't a good filter function for anything beyond certain fields, the inbound calling function is bizarre (Why do I have a browser tab for the entire system, except inbound calls have to route through a completely separate pop-up window?), and the individual user profile controls are limited, even with higher levels of access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to make dozens of calls a day, and Salesloft keeps those organized by cadence, company, and time zone, so I'm able to power through who I need to when I need to.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience for prospecting. User-friendly and customizability of the template insertion, call logging, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems robust but it's a short learning curve and is well integrated with CRMs (salesforce etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call, email engagement and tracking of the progress for next steps in prospecting cycle

What do you like best about the product?
- User friendly
- The platform integrates seamlessly with CRM systems, allowing for easy data synchronization and tracking of sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Ability to delete invalid records inside the platform as standard.
- Salesloft may not offer as many customization options or integrations (EMEA market)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Does not offer many email customization options for EMEA Market and put them as automatic.
- Some users may find the platform overwhelming or too complex to navigate, especially if they are not familiar with advanced sales automation tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft really helps in being efficient and organised within your sales journey with the prospects. I like it especially for its intuitive and easy-to-read processes and platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I should explore more all the different features - there's a lot to do!!!

Time saving, monitor and track the prospect engagement, different approaches and compare the performances of each of them

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cadences, the templates and the snippets. I work with a lot of customers and this saves me so much time, allowing me to concentrate on more important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are not coming in a timely mannner and sometimes I don't even receive them. When I need to send a reminder for a meeting to one of my customers, the tool sends me the notification on the next day for exemple when I already had the meeting wtih my customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time for me to concentrate on more important things.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence creation tools and activity tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's in it, I haven't found it...a pipeline of successful sales leads. I'm sure it is, but I am able to flag successes with leads/contacts which is still useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves time-management issues by allowing me to readily see how much outreach has been done, the type of outreach, and what most frequently leads to successes.
