Easy to use tool for cadence automation

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is rather simple to use and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes mismatch with Salesforce data.

What do you like best about the product?
A very user friendly technology with accurate intel on contact activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the tool. User friendly and provides good accurate intel on activity. Honestly a huge fan and have not found anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not getting accurate feedback on contact intel with email activity. This gives me acurate intel on what to do first thing.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the ability to stay engaged with my prospects. I like running the Cadence platform, and the features that are automated. I do like how I can update in Salesloft and it updates into Salesforce. I love how I can track opens of the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Phone calls - The default setting is the office phone number. The user does not have the ability to set the mobile number as the default.

2. Cadence - If you have a call with a prospect that is not interested or not now and your remove them from the Cadence, the system will not allow you to send a follow-up email. I have to close the system out, go back in, find the prospect and then send an email.

3. Deals - Once I have a prospect in a Deal, I am unable to remove them.

4. Text - If I text in SalesLoft it is not sent from my phone number, it shoud give me the option to do so.

5. App - It will not let me call outside of the app. If I do make a call from the app it does not make the call from my phone number and that is not consistent with Salesloft. It will not let me copy the number and I have to manually key in the number to the phone.

6. Clicks - Feature is junk. When you send an email with a website link, it instantly indicates that the link has been clicked on, all within a few minutes. When you go back into the system it shows that the email has been opened in about 9 different countries as it is bouncing off of servers however the email has not even been opened.

7. Task or Cadence - Does not have a skip feature. When going through a cadence or a tasks.

HubSpot - has a great feature that is integrated into the users email. If I send an email that doesn't not have an account associated with it, it automatically creates an account. Would be a nice feature. That way we a not bogged down to create a full account, but it can be easily done once there is customer engagement.

It has a nice platform for Pipeline review, and I love the Cadence feature

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for me as a salesperson. I can create and administrate my campaings and control the leads before putting them in the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when cold calling it's a bit glitchy.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for campaign automations, call loggs, SFDC, and email integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
In summary I would like to see more advanced features to support a team selling evironment. For example, needs additional sharing and group emailing on outbound campaigns. Need ability to share mutliple team members calendar in 1 link for external facing meetings to help expedite the meeting arrangement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting campaign automation, meeting booking automataion, and meeting recording analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of tasks give me time back in my day. also the ability to track previous activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
not able to automate linkedin or text message tasks

being able to see how prospects have engaged previously and what type of converations with who. the automation of campaigns has been a life saver as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of Salesloft have to do with how much it speeds up my everyday process and gives total and complete visibility on my tasks. My entire process relies on Salesloft and I use it every day. The integration with SalesForce is fantastic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Salesloft is that there is an apparent inability to email "Do Not Contact" accounts, even if they had reached out to my organization directly. Im sure there is an option to disable this, but that seems to be the only holdup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the problem of emails being lost in my gmail inbox, giving visibility and urgency to important contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which I can keep my contacts organized. I love using the tasks option. This ensures I stay in communication with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally disconnects from Salesforce, causing delays in getting my work done and frustration in attempting to get it reconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me from letting any customers slip through the cracks.
