A great starting point but could use a lot of improvements

What do you like best about the product?
creating personalized cadences cadences that link to CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
cannot upload list of names and people into a cadences- has to come from CRM
cannot track cadence statistics well
constant bugs and access issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to be able to conduct outbound and inbound sales campaign in a more automated fashion

What do you like best about the product?
The templates for sequences and the dialler. Also the platform is easy to use so that helps to avoid training time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the information displayed can be quite overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails is helpful and having a quick and responsive dialler also is a good plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps to keep the to-do list organized in a professional way that no other tool allows. The use of cadences helps to automate not only emails but other steps and phone calls. It is useful to see which tasks are stuck and need action. Another plus point is the metrics available that allow you to see which cadences/emails are working best. Customer support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to manage contacts/accounts can be improved. There is a learning curve at the beginning for those of us who are very used to using outlook.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me effectively manage a high volume of client and prospect communications. Cadences make prospecting simple yet personalized. I couldn't run my day without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesloft, I had no insight into who was engaging with my communications. Now that I know who my hottest targets are, I know who to invest my time in.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like using Salesloft to communicate with my customers so I can track responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue I see with Salesloft is sometimes it seems to lag a bit when sending emails.

Being able to track my emails and responses is extremely beneficial.

Nothing - it is the best comm platform I have used thus far

Velocity and agility. The system take too long time to be updated, as call registers and calls reposrts for example

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are easy to create, schedule, and modify!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that if you make a change to a cadence step, it gets taken into account for all users in that cadence who are still active
