What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is - Cadence Automation, Conversation Intelligence, Deal Management tracking pipeline progress and forecasts outcomes. I love the AI-Powered Recommendations that prioritizes tasks and suggests next steps. So many Integrations! Works with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook and probably some more that I'm missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is that fact that I have email sending limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft remains a top-tier choice for our organization since we started seeking a comprehensive sales engagement platform. Its strengths in automation, AI insights, and CRM integration make it a powerful tool for scaling our sales operations. Our team has seen an uptick in new appointments scheduled and we have a few closed won opportunities. Better collaboration with our has seen an uptick as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I really apreciate the possibility to manage my routine of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complete the initial cadence independently, without any assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has been helpful for engaging with leads after trade shows, which is especially valuable when we are short on time. I find it very effective in these situations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage all my cadences, leads and details under one profile that syncs perfectly within our team. I can navigate as the administrator all through-out my sales reps activity logs. It's an incredible platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text messaging UI needs a bit of work. You can only text via Mobile Number and some of my lead dumps auto select as Office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dialer, and lead sorting.

I appreciate how Salesloft helps me stay organized in my outbound outreach tasks, efficiently tracking the emails I send and making my process seamless. The ease of setup was a surprising benefit, as it made getting started simple, particularly for basic functions. Salesloft's cadence feature is invaluable for me, as it simplifies my workflow and enhances my productivity. I find it remarkably useful that it integrates smoothly with other tools like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, enabling me to track phone calls and even use AI to assist with follow-up emails. This powerful combination ensures that I can maintain contact with multiple prospects daily without the need for manual tracking, which is a compelling aspect. Overall, these features make me compelled to purchase Salesloft again, as it substantially contributes to my work efficiency and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little bit more flexibility in creating cadences.

I find Salesloft keeps me organized in my outreach, tracks emails, and uses cadences that simplify my workflow. It connects with Microsoft Teams, tracks phone calls, and assists with AI in sending follow-up emails, allowing me to manage multiple contacts without manual tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesloft for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tracking of sales opportunities. I've been using it for about a year and a half and appreciate how it stands out as a significant time saver in my routine. Initially, there were minor challenges with the setup process, but once I devoted the necessary attention, everything fell into place nicely after a few weeks. Salesloft notably helps me streamline my workflow by allowing me to manage my sales pipeline efficiently in one area, making it incredibly easy to update current opportunities, notes, comments, next steps, and dates. This feature alone saves me a substantial amount of time and enables me to keep an eye on all my opportunities in one place, thereby supporting my role in ensuring all opportunities are within reach. Additionally, Salesloft seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, which is essential for my work. The capability of Salesloft to help me keep track of current and future opportunities that lead to sales significantly contributes to my earnings and is a compelling reason why I would choose it again. I especially enjoy how the pipeline opportunities updating feature saves me a lot of time while helping me maintain oversight over all my sales prospects. Overall, I appreciate Salesloft's ability to provide visibility and control over my sales pipeline, which becomes particularly valuable in converting opportunities into sales, thus boosting my productivity and income.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some minor challenges in the beginning with getting everything set up in Salesloft. It requires some time and dedication initially to configure properly. Additionally, there are one or two aspects that could enhance automation to better fit our processes at Quadient, but I am aware that my team is working on those improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesloft is a time saver, allowing me to manage sales opportunities efficiently, update notes, and keep track of next steps seamlessly, enhancing my productivity and contributing to my sales success.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Salesloft is, making the setup process a breeze. It's instrumental in organizing our SDRs for their outreach plans and provides valuable insights into the performance of outreach campaigns. I find it incredibly beneficial to understand which channels are working best for us and to help in reviewing calls. I appreciate the reporting features and the simplicity of the dialer and cadence building. The simplicity of the technology and overall usability of Salesloft strongly resonate with me. Plus, the support team is excellent, enhancing my overall experience and satisfaction with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Salesloft's integration with web analytics and first-party data could be improved. The current setup doesn't seamlessly fit into our ecosystem, making data integration more cumbersome than it should be.

I find Salesloft organizes our SDRs' outreach plans, provides insights on campaign performance and channels, and aids in call reviews, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Effortless Communication and Cadence Management—Smooth Experience for Years

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful for making calls, sending emails, and managing messages. I also appreciate being able to keep track of my Cadences. I've been using it for the past three years and haven't had any complaints so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really any downside to mention. The process is quite smooth overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I struggled to keep track of my calls, emails, and other outreach efforts. Salesloft brings everything together in a single dashboard, which has made it much easier for me to achieve my goals efficiently.

Efficient Multichannel Flow and speed of use

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow that one can leave in a cadence. In a single cadence, touches can be made to contacts from different channels such as LinkedIn, email, and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are more than 500 contacts exported, I cannot add them in a single export to a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me sweep all the contacts that need to be contacted in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR focused on U.S. prospecting, I’ve found Salesloft incredibly valuable for streamlining my outreach and keeping my workflow organized. The cadence feature is my favorite — it allows me to structure multi-touch sequences efficiently and maintain consistent follow-ups without anything slipping through the cracks. I also appreciate the detailed analytics and engagement insights, which help me understand what’s resonating with prospects and optimize my messaging accordingly. Overall, Salesloft makes my day-to-day prospecting smoother, more data-driven, and far more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft can be a bit slow, especially when working with large lists or multiple cadences. The reports could be more flexible to track specific metrics, and the CRM integrations don’t always sync perfectly. These aren’t major issues, but fixing them would make the tool even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me stay organized and consistent with my outreach. It takes care of follow-ups, email scheduling, and task management, so I don’t miss any prospects. The cadences save a lot of time and make it easier to reach more people in a structured way. It also shows how prospects are engaging with my emails, which helps me adjust my approach and improve my results.

Salesloft: Excellent Sales Automation and Integration, but Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft streamlines the sales process very well. It has the seamless integration with tasks, email and chat in one place which allow us to stay organized. It has a great automation feature which is a time save for us. It also provided good analytics which is super helpful for tweaking strategies in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Salesloft has a lots of features so learning curve can be difficult for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we were juggling between emails, spreadsheet, CRMs to keep a track of leads and follow-ups Salesloft help us to bring all these into one place. Sometime we forgot to take follow up or follow up too late so Salesloft has automated this with cadences - pre set sequence of calls, emails and chats so we are not skipping any follow up now.
