Salesloft- After 3 years we have been unimpressed with the product and support
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has been a Salesloft customer for over three years, and unfortunately, the experience has deteriorated with each passing year. While the dialer—when functioning properly—meets our basic needs, recent updates, including the new Chrome extension and redesigned dialer, have significantly degraded usability.
Salesloft’s support team has consistently fallen short, and interactions with their sales team have been even less productive. The most disruptive issue has been the relentless turnover within the company. Over the course of our contract, we've been assigned seven or eight different customer success managers—none of whom remain with the organization. This lack of continuity has created ongoing operational headaches and eroded trust.
The persistent challenges we've faced raise serious concerns about Salesloft’s long-term stability and commitment to its customers.
At this point, we have no plans to renew our contract. Salesloft has made numerous commitments it failed to honor, and it’s evident that their focus lies more in securing revenue than in delivering meaningful value.
Our experience has been defined by broken promises, poor follow-through, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction.
Salesloft’s support team has consistently fallen short, and interactions with their sales team have been even less productive. Renewal conversations are more performance than partnership—lots of flair, but little substance. It’s clear the focus is on retention, not results.
Many of our interactions with Salesloft personnel have felt disingenuous, with promises made but rarely followed through.
Despite being a tech platform, Salesloft’s innovation has stalled. The product hasn’t meaningfully improved in the last three years.
After renewal, Customer Success Managers disengage, offering little to no strategic guidance or support to help us grow.

Outbound calls at best
Their conversation intelligence tool is terrible and their people don't even know their product.
Now I know why they give it away for free.
I truly believe there are many paid reviews because this product has become worse and worse.

Great experience from the Sales process to implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Great onboarding, it was well organised and focused towards our needs without going in features that we don't have the urgency to use. They were clear that we needed to implement clearly and went the extra mile to ensure we could start using the platfrom in record time. Integration was easy because of the good documentation and onboarding manager, they helped step by step.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't have an overall overview of checking if custom caller ID has been implemented for all users, however, we can still check this manually, takes a bit longer.

Send email cadences, make calls, activities tracking

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is how it makes sales engagement simple and organized, it helps me stay on top of outreach, track activity easily, and connect with prospects more effectively. I love the ability to create a bunch of different cadences and the ability to stay on top of all my outreach. I used it every single day and it makes my life so much easier. If there's ever an issue, connecting with support is also quick an easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I don’t like about Salesloft. If anything, a few features could be a bit more streamlined, but overall the platform works really well and supports my workflow.

Salesloft helps me stay organized with my outreach, track engagement, and keep my follow-ups consistent. It saves me time and ensures nothing slips through the cracks, which makes me more productive and effective.

So far I have yet to find any downsides to working with Salesloft. Their team is very engaged and invested in our deal success, and getting ahold of support is easy. When I've needed additional resources they are quick to provide.

SalesLoft is solving the critical challenge of scattered and inconsistent sales execution. It's helping us by providing a centralized platform that focuses our efforts on the most promising accounts, ensuring we're not wasting time on a broad, untargeted approach. By guiding our team to make timely, personalized, and meaningful touches throughout the sales journey, it allows us to build stronger relationships with prospects and move deals forward more effectively. Ultimately, this leads to a more predictable pipeline, stronger deal progression, and an increased close rate.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps organize our CRM into bite size pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an audio transcript of the calls and an easier way to look at all the audio logs. You have to individually click each audio recording to hear it.

Email tracking, sales engagement, cadences

You could have an order while calling BF and sending sequences

The UX was not the best, and sometimes it did not allow to work properly.

Basically calling all my data base of customers, keeping track of response and most important of unresponsive customer to nurture them and bring them down the sales funnel

Salesloft is designed to solve key challenges in modern outbound and inside sales, especially around scaling outreach while staying personal, consistent, and efficient.

How it keeps my outreach organized and consistent. It helps me stay on top of follow-ups with automated cadences, so nothing slips through the cracks—and I can focus more on actual conversations.

the ability to hack the user information and find a work around to reach customers that have been marked DNC

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps our sales team stay organized, consistent, and efficient. The cadence builder is intuitive, and the task-based system ensures no follow-up falls through the cracks. We’ve significantly improved our outbound workflows thanks to automation features, call logging, and the seamless Salesforce integration. I also love that we can track performance at both the rep and team level through dashboards, which makes coaching so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are a bit limited and sometimes require manual exports for deeper analysis. The email formatting can also get clunky if you’re using custom branding or pasting in external content. I wish there were a few more options to customize dashboards or pull flexible data views. Occasionally, the UI feels dated or requires a few too many clicks to complete simple tasks.

Salesloft is helping us solve the problem of inconsistent outreach and manual follow-up across our sales development team. Before using Salesloft, reps relied heavily on spreadsheets and reminders, which led to missed touchpoints and slow response times. Now, every rep has a clear daily workflow, structured cadences, and built-in automation for calls, emails, and LinkedIn steps—all in one place.
This has increased our outbound volume, improved reply rates, and helped new SDRs ramp faster. The integration with Salesforce ensures we’re capturing activity and tracking pipeline accurately, and the call recording feature has made coaching more effective. Salesloft has truly made our team more efficient, more data-driven, and more aligned across sales and marketing.
