What do you like best about the product?
XDR helps us to be more proactive. We can detect threats before happening

There are still a lot of information and menus which need to be organized

What do you like best about the product?
we are currenly using trend micro vision one. It is really an all in one security system, it helps in threat detection, forensic investigation and it also has advance threat protection that helps secure cloud file sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it's newly installed, it makes our pc sluggish and blocks all kinds of USBs. You can't easily download any files or apps needed for work. we always contact our agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its an antivirus and data protector in one, it also generates a rcording of services behavior and events occurring at user, in short it monitors usage of any devices. it has an end to end prevention and detection.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful security platform that can help us detect a threat and provide responses making sure to reduce the risk of cyber-attacks and support Cloud Platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex in implementing and managing an XDR solution it requires significant expertis and resources, we sometimes need to invest in additional training to manage the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integrating multiple security tools and platformxdr also rely on multiple sources of data having us spend time in investigating altough time consuming it helps us determine the problem and support
Trend mirco vision one is the most powerful application I've ever used because of so many features.

I like trend micro vision one because of the features of A.I to better improve the user experience. It also collects and correlates data across email and servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the down side of using trend micro vision one is the lack of product updates and the context of the product. I think to improve this product they must utilized the power of A.I.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to analyze activity data collected by sensor products to provide high security detection alerts for each users. It also helps to view the account information of each user of this product.
It works a lot well with our Infra.

It has a better context and deeper analysis. and it is most common need in todays infra. We need a better respondents for a threats.

So far, none. All works fine with what I've expected.

Its capabilities on collecting information from servers, and endpoint users.
The most comprehensive security solution available!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many incredible capabilities that it's hard to focus on just one. However, if I had to pick, I would say the risk insight dashboards are the most useful. You are given a detailed overview of everything security in your environment from the dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the initial learning curve. New users will have to spend some time navigating the different options and familiarizing themselves with how everything connects, flows, and works together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to greatly enhanced security, it gives us the ability to respond to threats in real-time. As soon as an alert comes in, one of our security analysts picks it up immediately to determine if it's a legitimate threat.
