Best product for XDR detection by far!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Vision One are the ease of use and user friendly. With its advanced threat detection, Vision One could identify threats quickly and come to a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything so far that I have found that I dislike about the product. Vision One has lived up to everything we were looking for in an (XDR).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our only problem is that we currently do not have all the features, but what we do has helped to increase protection against cyber attacks and reduced the complex management of so many different security tools that we previously had.

Overall, Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) is a powerful and reliable platform that delivers excellent results. Its advanced analytics, unified visibility, and robust security features make it an excellent choice for organizations seeking to enhance their cybersecurity posture. The platform provides a comprehensive view of an organization's security posture, threats, and risks across multiple layers of their IT environment, allowing for efficient and effective threat detection and response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some potential areas for improvement could include expanding the platform's integration capabilities with other security tools and adding more customization options to better fit the unique needs of different organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps expand visibility in a fragmented security landscape and does a great job of identifying hard to detect threats like fileless malware and zero-day attacks.
Formitable XDR with some room for improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The consolidation and correlations of detection data across Trend solutions are fantastic. The platform also gets frequent updates and improvements with a very responsive dev team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection to Cloud One Workload Security needs improvement. You get telemetry from Workload Security but lack inventory visibility and reverse shell to those agents (unless you disable event monitoring and deploy the EndpointBasecamp agent instead). Both items the dev team is working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ties all of my detection data into one place. Vision One lets me take items of interest (i.e. a domain seen on the wire) and use it as a pivot point to search across my environment (i.e. endpoints, network, emails).

The dev team is always adding and testing new features

Some limitations on the Sandbox section.

We had an issue with security visibility. Vision really helped
Make monitoring easy and connect everything to bring all in one console.
What do you like best about the product?
Make investigation of incidents easy and show all the risks, easy to work user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, Pricing and a proper training course should be delivered to everyone who is buying this to its make easy for the new staff to start working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all the alerts in one console makes it easy to identify the risk of all endpoints, servers, and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend the XDR to other organizations that don't have a proper SOC Team and want to integrate all Trend Micro Products and investigate.
XDR is a single pane of glass for all our Trend Products

One pane of glass with laerting and respones for our Trend Micro products.

Lack of training and feature release notices.

One place to view all alerts and investigations details with appregate data in once place
