Easy to troubleshoot and isolate also to monitor the movement of virus and threats

nothing, because they meet my satisfaction.

this product help me a lot to easily check the movement of virus and threats and also to monitor using the email notification alarm that directly send to my email if antivirus scan a virus or threats.

Nothing, it is good especially for us who works in a company.

About the threats whenever I need to download. It secures my unit to avoid getting virus.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Trend Micro XDR is its Operations Dashboard, where you can check the risk index, the current vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, threats and exposed assets of your company. Investigating alerts is easy with its workbench and all supporting suggested solutions from MITRE
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to purchase all Trend Micro security solutions for an overall security analysis of your network and devices. Tipping Point, Deep Discovery Inspector, Cloud One, Email Security, Apex One are among others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Threat forensics and also company network assessment regarding risk exposure where in you can zoom in and check which particular aspect of security you need to focus.
XDR - Top Tier Tool for Detection and Response
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to correlate detections and gather information. Another one is providing us a wide view by giving us alerts and detections from our different trend micro products.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none. Since this is our primary monitoring tool in our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to identify if a unit is already compromised. Provides us vision in our network infrastracture.
Better visibility of my endpoint security
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to view all feeds of endpoint security alerts to our vision dashboard Plus the other security feeds from other security product using the API of vision one

The presentation of alerts is not easily navigated and understood.

Collaboration of security alerts coming from different sources of security products
Great Product that keep us safe!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and understand. I have not seen anything i use on a daily basis difficult to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
They will be taking away SOME of the functionality and making them a CHARGED program instead. you will have to purchase them to continue use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves DAY TO DAY issues. Email Phishing, viruses, Vunerability and c&c cakkbacks. the software is very through in finding this that should not be there.

A robust security tool for a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Vision One gives me great visibility on the security level of my assets and shows me how to increase said level. The executive dashboard helps a lot by comparting the risk index with other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the lack of documentation about new stuff. The console is always changing and new features show up every week, but the documentation seems to be always obsolete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility on everything that happens in my company and the correlation between multiple events from agents and AzureAD make me more comfortable with my security levels.
