A comprehensive solution that is not overly complex to use or manage

How has it helped my organization?
Trend Micro provides us with centralized visibility and management across protection layers, which are important to our organization.
The centralized visibility and management across both layers improve our efficiency by offering central security without the need for extensive management or fine-tuning. Trend Micro is also comprehensive and user-friendly. We have confidence in the results.
The risk index provides us with insights into potentially vulnerable areas or aspects that we may need to double-check to ensure everything is working as expected. In other words, it's a useful tool to obtain a quick overview of parts that could be more exposed to risks and other potential issues.
Trend Micro helps reduce our MTTD and MTTR.
Trend Micro presents results in a comprehensive and easy-to-read manner, which helps reduce the time we spend investigating false positive alerts.
We utilize Trend Micro's automation capabilities for alerting and categorizing emails into specific categories based on their risk level.
What is most valuable?

Trend Micro XDR is scalable. As a small company, the licenses we have are sufficient to meet our needs.

The technical support team is excellent, and they were able to answer our questions to our satisfaction.

How was the initial setup?
The deployment did not appear to be complex, but it was managed by Pro-Axis, who utilized a large workforce to ensure the swift completion of the deployment.
What about the implementation team?
We engaged an external partner named Pro-Axis to assist us with migrating from Trend Micro on-premises to Trend Micro XDR. Their services were excellent, and we did not encounter any unexpected issues. We were fully satisfied with the migration process as Pro-Axis promptly restored our services.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is competitive, and the cost aligns with the features we receive. The license fee covers all of our needs.
What other advice do I have?
I give Trend Micro XDR a nine out of ten.
We were initially using Trend Micro on-premises and then expanded our usage by implementing XDR. We were satisfied with the solution and its features, so we made the decision to stick with Trend Micro.
A small team is required for maintenance, which will not impose a significant burden on our IT team.
Our entire organization uses the solution.
I suggest trying out the trial of Trend Micro XDR to assess its suitability for their environment. It can be a good solution for small or medium-sized organizations, but keep in mind that everyone has their own specific requirements.
XDR easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
TrendMicro Vision one is an XDR very easy to use and manage. Summary dashboard are well implemented to check your security in 5 minutes. Deep details can be viewed if needed with a good level of precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensement is changing a lot and now we don't know how much the license will cost in the next purchase. Some API problems with splunk that don't have solution for the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can check the overall security in all our networks with just 5 minutes each day. Summary and executive reports are very good to this fast check. Some automatic triggers helps in the daily management of security.
One vision and one platform for security of all assets
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage portal, the dashboard is very informative. We can see realtime/live threat detection reports. We can do some automation in responding to a threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of the pricing since it is an enterprise solution so it maybe a challenge for small or medium organization that is wanting to have this kind of solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides single and central point of view of our different assets like network, endpoint computers and emails. So we do not go to different platforms just to check and monitor the security aspect of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Vision One allowed me to have a managerial view of my network security, and distribute priorities based on what really matters. I managed to have a quick evolution of security. I was also able to encourage the team to reduce our risk score.
What do you dislike about the product?
the time to reflect the changes made in the tool and perhaps a simpler way of exporting the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in a centralized way, being able to focus fire on the most latent problems, and being able to have an overview of the security situation.
A really convenient tool for exploring logs and detections.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful I liked about the XDR features is its ability to check execution profiles and collect files upon detection, which makes investigating suspicious files a lot easier and able to check log history with query.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a few notes when I first tried was that the interface was a little confusing with the data's interpretation with charts, but later I got used to it, and it took a little while before i was familiarized. An interesting idea I would like to see a video recording concept in which you can see a sandbox file being executed and be able to review the behavior of the submitted file via video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virus detections, logs backtracking and trails of file paths in which or how some workstation got or detected suspicious files, we were also able to review on what their source and destination connection for the specific date needed to be investigated to give us a clear view of which possible devices has it connected with possibilities of getting/infecting files spreading on the network.

It detects vulnerabilities on our network computer and we can easily pinned point and identify the threat.

Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) helps our team gain a broader or more comprehensive view of potential threats and quickly detect, monitor and investigate malicious activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) takes time and requires additional configuration. It also has higher price points compared to other traditional security tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Micro Vision One XDR addresses problems related to cyber security. Its features like advanced threat detection and rapid incident response saved us time in monitoring possible threats because of its timely and well-coordinated response.
