What do you like best about the product?
I came over different service provider, MSG91 is the best one to choose for a perfect delivery rate and speed. I loved their service and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit pricing is high, If it is reduced helpful for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending SMS on time to across 1million users.

What do you like best about the product?
They are very cooperative and understand the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to contact them. All you have is a mail id and if you want to talk to someone urgently to solve your problem, its not possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending attendance messages to parents and students and they are going well

Very good and fast messaging service. it's pretty good and easy to use.

I didn't find anything difficult still now.

Good API for messageing. Can be used for any applications and projects. Easy to learn and use.

What do you like best about the product?
They have excellent API's which are easy & quick to deploy.
The response times & feedback system grantees the quality of services they provide.
To add more they even provide free credits to test their services and as i said customer support is very helpful & responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest , we haven't found anything as such which we can say we *disliked* about msg91.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been mainly using the Programmable transactional SMS & OTP for 2 of our ongoing platforms. it makes us easier to provide links to customers through sms & OTP services are used in our login systems to verify Phone numbers , we are also working to get programmable whatsapp messaging service ready.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend MS91 without reservation , i personally found services very easy to integrate and useful to our system , Technical support is also responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is fast and very useful for every issue and problem. Support team is very helpful to every problem and they response immediately and properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard is not proper reliable and it's not real time and some functionality is misbehave and some part is missing in developer documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To simple system for login/signup for portal.

The belief system of the organization. I wholeheartedly support MSG91.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked actually. The team is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Vtiger was very helpful for the organization.

The costing for the product with worth the efforts they'd put in with you. You can go ahead with their service. And I would also be implementing their service in my newly ventured startup propertyyy.com too.

Great Infrastructure & High-Priority Support

What do you like best about the product?
It's been more than 5 years that we have been using MSG91 for our platforms and services including those of mobile applications and games. Just like they promise, the delivery rate of MSG91 is 99.99% and their support is on priority. Very happy and looking forward to them to expand into more products and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
More details about msg delivery could be better in the API response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OTP, Transaction notification over email and SMS both.

Do not fall for cheap Prices. msg91 Technical Team Sucks!!

What do you like best about the product?
Cheap Price was the only good thing which attracted me to buy their service. And earlier I was able to contact the team regarding some hands-on experience of the dashboard and the team was quick to respond but as the time progressed there support became worse
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech Support sucks. They will give you false deadlines to resolve the issue and All the time same excuse."We are working with our backend team regarding the issue".
I don't understand how many years they will resolve the issue. Worst You can't contact them via call. Only emails which will make you wait all the time.
Their customer support will give you excuse all the time and will ask you to keep patience all the time instead of solving the issue. and worst thing is they will not ever contact you from there own even if they tell you they will get back to you. They Won't. You keep chasing them but they won't give a shit about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was helping my clients send bulk SMS using msg91 but due to there worst service, I have lost clients because I am not able to get a delivery report via webhook so can't show it to customers as well as Manual delivery reports also can't be exported. The only benefit you will get is the cheap price. and everything else just sucks. I will not take their services for free from now. Lost my Client due to msg91. finding some other SMS gateway. let's see how their service is
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not fall for their cheap price. Believe me. If you want, first try their free service first and you will have a good idea. Also do not invest a lot of money to buy double credits. I did that. Also, system security is also not good. I have lost 30k SMS credits due to there system got hacked
