MSG 91 reliability of service is pathetic and support is almost non-existent
What do you like best about the product?
In their early days, MSG91 was good and it felt as if they understood the pains of building a startup. Their tech support was more responsive and engaging. They offered a reasonably attractive alternative to more expensive but popular vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our business started to grow overseas MSG91 has turned into a nightmare. It has become truly unreliable and we have been losing an awful lot of business. The last straw for us was when the OTP service stopped abruptly. When enquired, we were asked to renew our DTL approval. There was absolutely no warning, no helpful reminders or any sort of support from MSG91. It was as if this is 'all your stuff'. How could a business ignore a process that is core to their service and functioning, even if the action is on their customer? It just shows how MSG91 has become apathetic to its customers. We will take this issue to the next level as it has affected our business significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 supports our need for transactional OTP verification and SMS services. These are core to our functional flows and as such is a fundamental necessity. Our performance has in fact been affected due to lack of reliability of MSG91 services.

I felt that the quality of the services is excellent. The support is also outstanding.

The pricing is a little higher if purchased in a smaller amount.

Primarily for sending login and registration OTP and ticket information.

Support from Mr. Hardik is really great! They helped us with basics. And now we're using their API for OTPs. The dashboard is easy to use. Love the simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports have to be downloaded from time to time. With so much to keep a track of, having historical reports would really be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a simple solution for SMS marketing. MSG91's service is very reliable. No issues with delivery or support. All the productivity tools like saved templates, send later etc are available to make work easier.

It was recommended to us by someone! Now I recommend it to people who are looking for a simple and effective solution. All your messaging needs can be taken care of here.

We are using msg91 since a year now, must say the UI & the messaging of the platform is great. As well as the service is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turn around time for any resolve. We live in a VUCA world, it would be great if we can get a quick resolve for the bug caused

Quick & bulk messaging for all my clients. We work with India's Top BFSI companies and we leverage msg91 to send SMSes to our clients
MSG91 is best because it is hassle free.And also that the support team is a very quick to reply .

Not a User Friendly Interface & not a good support service - MSG91
What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing to like. Its a brand, so I availed the services, but later on I came to know, its a player of my choice.

Everything, which includes :
1. Rates are higher than others
2. Support services are poor
3. Interface is not user friendly and highly complicated.
4. They believe more on Robots rather than Humans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Requirement was of Bulk Promotional and Transactional SMS & Bulk Voice Calls. They are just providing SMS services, nothing else. They don't have proper plugins to integrate with Wordpress Ecommerce Websites. So, actually not a beneficial deal. We are going to stop their services once, credits balance ends.

Integration was seamless. No hassle with template approval. Delivery percentage satisfactory.
