Monitoring Tool Enhances Video Play Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The product has a good capability of monitoring the video playing experience of the end users and with it, it becomes more flexible to find areas of improvement to make the experience more seamless for the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the Internet bandwidth of users was also catured as one of the metrics, to dig deeper over some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem, that the platform solves is the ease of monitoring quality and experience of the the video streams consumed by the end users. It helped in tracking the issues that were present in the configuration of our streaming service and optimizing it to ensure a more seamless experience for users.
Review of Conviva Usage Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to measure any changes that we deploy, and see how user experience has improved. It has helped me a lot, tweaking implementation. Easy and customisable visualisation enables great understanding on all aspects. I use it very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes UI changes catches me off guard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to validate any video pipeline changes we make.
Best in the Market, but with an higher price point and slow for feature requests
What do you like best about the product?
Conviva is a mature product pretty easy to use, with multiple features that can cover tha majority of use cases, it allows to deep dive and to perform real time monitoring or analysis based on trends, so it will become your main tool for all the activities related operation
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is high compared to other products and because it's a big company features requests are slow to be completed or considered. Customer support sometimes is not the best

Feature rich insight into VoD playback experience, with excellent analytics UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, volume-based license model. Plus we don't own our own data, & have to pay to access it.

Allowed us to gain insight into our users' playback experience across all platforms.
Taking viewing experience to a next level
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a TV quality experience on the internet. Works on big-data technology so it is easy to identify the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a software as such so can’t say anything about its cons. Might be developers would be able to figure out.

Making video experience over the internet imaginable.
