What do you like best about the product?
It puts user-focused, real-time information at the centre of operational analytics. It gives teams the ability to identify and address problems immediately, automates root-cause investigation, and does it on a uniform, highly effective platform that streamlines processes and reduces expenses. Conviva provides a significant advantage if you wish to provide smooth, fulfilling digital experiences, particularly in streaming or app-based contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity is brought about by the platform's wide range of functionalities. It requires time and onboarding work to become proficient in all areas, including schema, queries, and visualisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the data is being captured, and the automation is primarily to the benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Conviva provides accurate, real-time insights into streaming quality and audience engagement. The dashboards are easy to navigate, and the granular metrics help quickly identify and resolve playback issues, improving the viewer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, data loading can take longer for large time ranges, and deeper custom reporting could be more flexible. However, these are minor compared to the value it delivers

Conviva helps us identify and resolve streaming quality issues in real-time, reducing buffering, improving start-up times, and ensuring a smooth viewing experience for our users. What do you like best about the product?
I find Conviva really helpful—it gives accurate, detailed analytics that make it easier to monitor streaming performance. The dashboard is simple to use, and the real-time data is great for troubleshooting issues quickly. The only thing I’d like to see improved is reducing the occasional delays in data updates.

Conviva is generally useful, but I dislike the occasional delays in data updates, as it can affect timely troubleshooting. I also feel that the interface could be more intuitive in certain areas to make navigation faster

Comparisons!
I need to be able to quickly compare platform data. Conviva makes this very simple and straightforward with the ability to save views and settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a tour, come with formal training. I needed a colleague to give me a tour before I was able to use or understand anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are watching user analytics such as customer experiences, product failures, etc.
These help our teams prioritize issues we need to support. This also gives executive trustworthy data over time so we can understand where we need to focus and if our efforts are properly focused.

What do you like best about the product?
fast , granular and ott centric, the depth in which we debug production issues with conviva is exceptional
What do you dislike about the product?
So much to learn and there should be a chat-gpt like bot only to understand and crunch our data for insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I specifically work on different connected Tvs and web, we have plethora of CTV models its hard to test on all, we get few customer complaints we always tent to go through user journey recorded and also the events auto collected, here is where conviva comes handy to understand real world issues and helps us in reproducing and thus fixing .
