Great Analytics tool for OTTs
What do you like best about the product?
I have never came across a tool like this where you can get every bit of information of a user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the login function does not work when you are connected with corporate VPNs so you need to be aware of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an OTT platfrom and the streaming analytics are very important for us so Conviva scores are helping us to get all the kinds of vital information we need.
Ai insights are awesome as Conviva is developing by days going.

nothing to dislike about any solution it's all development with time.

Giving insightful summarized data at one place.
Conviva is a great analytics and operational data platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Conviva for last 10 years for streaming service analysis. Conviva makes it a lot easier to identify the customer pain points. Our customer support team can easily find the reason of failures which helps engineering team to debug the problems faced by our users. It is a great tool to analyze the quality of service and quality of experience for our streaming service. I love the way Conviva allows to filter under different dimensions and fields.
The integration and implementation is very easy for all platforms that we support. Not only that but Conviva support team is very easy to approach and has been very helpful whenever required.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular thing in my mind but some times I feel that it could be more helpful if it can allow to add more custom data and events. For example when we want to debug some problem using Conviva, it is hard to reach to the root of problem as no debug information is available.

As we are using Conviva for our streaming service, Conviva helps us on following fronts.

Conviva is excellent at delivering real-time operational data across billions of video streams. Its ability to process and analyze data at the moment of playback helps media companies react quickly to quality issues, user behavior, and content performance.

However, the recent addition of AI-powered query assistance is a welcome improvement, making it easier to ask questions and extract insights without deep technical knowledge.

Conviva's real-time, session-level data and unified view of Quality of Experience (QoE), Quality of Service (QoS), and audience analytics is its undisputed killer feature. For any large-scale streaming operations like ours usecase, this platform moves far beyond aggregated, lagging metrics to actionable, diagnostic insights that drive immediate impact.
- The ability to drill down into individual user sessions, see exactly what happened (rebuffering, startup time, bitrate changes, ad impressions, network conditions, device types, locations) as it's happening, or moments after, is unparalleled. This has drastically reduced our Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) for critical playback issues. Before Conviva, a buffering complaint could send us on a multi-team wild goose chase. Now, we can quickly diagnose if it's a player issue, a network problem at the user's ISP, a CDN issue, or a problem with our origin servers, dramatically reducing our MTTR from hours to minutes. This benefits us by minimizing customer frustration, reducing support call volumes, and protecting our brand reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's broken down in various metrics, which helps easily see what is being impacted the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I dislike at the moment. Conviva has done a really great job taking our feedback and improving the platform consistently.

It solves our streaming metrics for us and helps us know how our channels are performing on our service.
Conviva Tool Operational Support
What do you like best about the product?
Conviva makes our day today operational support very convenient , recently we monitored our CDN performance , made different CDN Policies using Conviva for FIFA club world cup which helped us a lot , whether its monitoring for live event or troubleshooting any past event Conviva helps a lot.
Conviva Customer support is also excellent, and for making any changes in traffic distribution policies its very Convenient , we are using it frequently on day today basis and Pilicy implementation is very easy.
