Warmer prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Common Room gives you real-time insights into who’s engaging with your brand across channels. Getting real signal and making it easy to prioritize warm, high-intent prospects has been helpful and saves time seeing who is really interested in your solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are improving on the data integrity of prospects which was initially a challenge. This has been improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signal based prospecting. Making it easier to find Warren leads from an outbound prospecting perspective. Easier to find who needs help and identify what challenges they are facing.
Flexible platform that powers our signal-led outbound
What do you like best about the product?
Common Room has become central to our outbound strategy - it surfaces the right signals for our team to act on. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, I appreciate the flexibility to tailor the platform to how our team works best. It’s intuitive once you're oriented, and I love that it doesn’t force a one-size-fits-all approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’d be helpful to have the ability to clone team segments, since many of them share similar baseline settings. That small feature would save some setup time, but otherwise the experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common Room helps our team zero in on the right signals and tailor outbound efforts to what actually works. It gives us the flexibility to build workflows that match our sales motion instead of forcing a rigid process. That’s made our outbound more efficient and better aligned across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, seems to work with existing sales tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data can be incorrect at times. Wrong emails/phone numbers seem to be pretty common. Chrome extension could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer intent data. Seeing who visits our website is huge as I can personalize my outbound messaging more.

What do you like best about the product?
Even as a newer user, I’ve come to rely on Common Room as a core part of my sales workflow. It’s helpful for surfacing key signals and identifying the right people to reach out to at the right time. The interface is intuitive and easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major stands out yet, but like any tool, there’s always room for more customization and refinement as we go deeper into usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common Room helps me surface key signals and identify the right prospects to engage—without a ton of digging. Even as a newer user, it’s become a dependable part of my daily sales flow. It makes it easier to take timely, targeted action.
Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely helpful that Common Room surfaces ideal contacts and accounts. It's also very user-friendly, and I like how highly customizable it is. Overall, it's a huge time and energy saver when it comes to prospecting and outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "draft an AI message" feature could use some work. It can sometimes be a good starting point, but often times, it feels like a lot of fluff and sounds a bit robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common Room is reducing the amount of time I used to spend identifying key accounts and prospects in my book of business. Now I know exactly who to reach out to and which accounts to prioritize based on buying intent signals.
Overlay intent data across target accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Common Room helps us to take large amounts of internal + external data about our prospects and overlay it across our Target Accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very small bugs around filtering target accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking intent data that used to live in spreadsheets and overlaying it in front of BDRs.
Common Room Outreach review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it automatically generates C-level suites specifically for the product I’m going after. I also love how I can export the contacts in bulk into sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if recent activity from Salesforce could be pulled as a column into Common Room. In this way, I have to manually check the contact in SF to verify they are not in talks with AE or AA already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me with gathering the right personas at accounts that arent already in our Salesforce.
Easiest GTM tool I’ve used
What do you like best about the product?
Common Room is incredibly easy to use and intuitive—especially compared to tools like 6sense. It only takes about 30 minutes to get a new teammate up to speed, which makes onboarding a breeze. It’s hands down my favorite software at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, no major complaints so far. Just hoping the team keeps improving on an already great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common Room consolidates a ton of tools into one, and makes it extremely easy and quick to go into an account, map it out and figure out who to reach and how to approach them in terms of messaging.
Common Room is a game changer for product led open source software companies
What do you like best about the product?
I discovered Common Room while trying to understand who was using my open-source project, and it completely transformed my perspective. It was amazing to see how the growth on GitHub correlated with engagement on my LinkedIn posts. The UI of the product is simple, the product is intuitive and easy to configure and their support team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could setup notification via email and not just via slack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it’s been incredibly valuable in understanding who’s using my open-source project and how they’re engaging across platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn. By connecting those dots, it helps identify trends, uncover potential leads, and even refine go-to-market strategies.
Great insights for across all of GTM
What do you like best about the product?
With Common Room, the entire go-to-market team, from marketing to community to sales, is able to keep a pulse on users and those who are showing the right signals at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, the only real downside that we've seen is that our sales team did need to delay getting started just slightly to wait for training. Common Room was able to accomodate that training quickly, but the team was anxious to start acting on the insights they were seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has an active community around both our open source technology as well as our standard platform. But it has been difficult for the GTM team to get insights on how users are interacting with the community as a whole, when they're showing appropriate intent signals and around what topics. With Common Room, we're able to have a more holistic picture of these user insights so that we can deliver the right messaging and information at the right time.
