pdfFiller eliminated the daily burden of managing PDF documents
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit PDFs immediately without installing anything was the most surprising thing about pdfFiller when I initially tried it. To make changes, add images, fill out forms, and even electronically sign documents, all you have to do is open the file in your browser. It was like suddenly becoming digitally obsolete for someone like me who had to choose between printing, scanning, and forwarding. I really liked that it came with pre-made templates for things like contracts, legal documents, and agreements, which helped me save a ton of time when I was working on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, I noticed that the system slowed down slightly when dealing with particularly large files, and on other occasions, I thought that the UI, while intuitive, had far too many buttons and capabilities to be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great comfort to have this experience at my company. It used to be that we had to print, sign, scan, and mail in any form or contract. Hours were wasted and clients were delayed as a result of the never-ending cycle. Electronic signatures allowed us to centralize document management, drastically reducing the time it took to conclude contracts that had previously taken days. We required a foreign client's signature on an agreement to finish the quarter, and I'll never forget that case. Without any waiting, messaging, or anxiety, we were able to solve it that very day using pdfFiller.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really useful tool to fill out form received as pdf, makes work much easier and also formats and fits text exactly into the pdf format. We fill out lot of NDA and insurance forms for our company and this helps manage documents and fill them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is expensive for what it offers and has bugs at some places like overriding text, it causes issues and price is not justified, doesn't let download a copy in free version as well to try
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving issues related to form filling and formatting, also helps build forms for us. Really helpful for us as it lets us fill forms directly sign and send out without hassle of physical prints
Overall this is a solid service that I have been using now for about 4 years.
What do you like best about the product?
I can save documents that merely require a change of date to update them which significantly reduced my "paperwork" time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are a plethora of templates available, most of the ones I would use have other business logos on them that I can't remove and replace with my own logo. For this reason, I have rarely used the temlate feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of converting files to PDF for saving in my business as well as allowing editing of PDFs so I don't have to recreate them and fill in things like demographics etc. All I have to do is change a date and save. Done!

I really enjoy the ability to complete forms that we receive. Being able to remove unnecessary pages from documents, split documents, and merge documents is a bonus.

I can't think of anything at the moment.

1 - The Pro Plan is quite expensive but overall the app is good.

It is helping in editing document and PDFs and with this tool the productivity of me and my team has improved.
Best and Easiest Tool for Editing PDFs
What do you like best about the product?
This app has made my life so much easier. Editing PDFs was always a headache for me, but with pdfFiller, it’s super simple. It’s honestly the best platform I have found online for editing forms or any kind of PDF. Even someone with no technical knowledge can easily use it.
I have used pdfFiller many times to edit documents, and I’m really impressed. The way you can add text, checkboxes, signatures, or anything else is amazing. It’s fast, smooth, and works directly in the browser.
My wife runs a homeopathy clinic, and we often need to update patient history and symptom records. With pdfFiller, we can easily edit and update those forms multiple times without starting from scratch. It’s very helpful for medical practice and keeping organized records.
Sometimes I also need to convert PDFs to Word or Excel, and pdfFiller handles it quickly and perfectly.

While I really like using pdfFiller, there are a few small things that could be better. Sometimes, large or very heavy PDF files take a little longer to load or save. I wish there was an offline version too, because sometimes I want to work without internet.

Easy and inexpensive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can send a fax from anywhere. I use my phone to do most of my work. It is really easy to use and it tells when when my faxes have gone through or not. I can send fillable paperwork to my clients and it saves it all for me. My client does not have to have the program for them to send back paperwork with signatures or read what I send them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let me fax more than 15 pages.

I can use it from my phone anywhere I go and of course the office. Really easy and simple to use.

copy paste functions between MS apps is limited in PDF and a lot of formatting needed which is frustrating
