What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deltek Costpoint for its ease of use, which makes navigating the product straightforward and user-friendly. This usability is complemented by how simple it is to log in, enhancing my experience with quick and effortless access. I enjoy using the product overall, and I find its Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system particularly beneficial, which supports efficient planning and purchasing processes. Furthermore, the initial setup of Deltek Costpoint is super easy, which ensures a smooth start without complexities or frustrations.

I use Deltek Costpoint for ERP and finance, and it makes planning and purchasing easier with its ease of use, especially the MRP system.

I appreciate using Deltek Costpoint for tracking time, as it effectively supports our timesheet management. This feature is especially valuable in our work setting as it helps us accurately track and report working hours. The process of tracking time through Deltek Costpoint is straightforward and meets our organizational needs efficiently. Additionally, the absence of any challenges during the setup phase as reported by those who handled it suggests a user-friendly implementation experience, contributing to a smooth onboarding process.

Feature-Rich and Government-Approved, But Lacks User-Friendly Design
What do you like best about the product?
Very detailed, lots of options for many different functions. Qualified as an approved government accounting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly, many functions are oddly named and take several clicks to arrive where you need to get. User interface is very clinical looking with lots of negative space on most screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting issues, timesheet issues, payroll issues. Can timekeep, run payroll, and manage projects all through Costpoint which is a big benefit

It is great to manage projects, costs, and much more. The reporting abilities are great as well.

Can be expensive but well worth it as it will help with compliance
