It integrates accounting, production, purchasing, inventory, QA. The materials module once you learn operates similarly through the module

Costpoint and TipQA integration still need work. Do not always communicate smoothly especially with updates

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deltek Costpoint to be a great product, mainly because of its ease of use, which significantly simplifies my workflow. The software allows for easy management and quick access to the features I need, making my tasks more efficient. I particularly appreciate how it's easy to manage and quickly access the functions necessary for my work. Additionally, Deltek Costpoint is instrumental in helping me reconcile the General Ledger, a critical task that it handles with efficiency. The initial setup of Deltek Costpoint was also easy, enhancing my experience as I transitioned into using this tool without significant hurdles. Overall, these aspects contribute to my high level of satisfaction with the product, so much so that I would rate my likelihood of recommending it to others as a 10 out of 10.

I find the software's automated workflow for accounts payable to be extremely valuable as it streamlines processes that otherwise could be highly time-consuming. The mobile app and user-friendly interface are remarkable, allowing management tasks, such as approval processes, to be conducted smoothly from any location, which significantly enhances efficiency and convenience. Additionally, the integration with other tools like Concur further optimizes our processes, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workflow across different platforms. Overall, everything about Deltek Costpoint works exceptionally well for me, making it an indispensable part of my team's operations.

I find the accounts payable processing in Deltek Costpoint could be improved. Specifically, the lack of an automated OCR feature means data entry must be done manually, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

I use Deltek Costpoint for automated workflows, improving payroll and accounting. The mobile app allows managers to approve tasks on the go. It streamlines processes, especially with T&E, and integration with Concur enhances efficiency. Automated OCR reduces manual data entry.
