What do you like best about the product?
Costpoint is a must for a government contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules are a little behind but we know Deltek is a great partner and has Innovation in their roadmap.

Costpoint is a great solution for project time keeping.
Costpoint makes my job more efficient by bringing all my tools to one place!

My favorite part of Costpoint is that everything I need is in one place and I can rely on my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Cobra doesn't pull in Costpoint data creating a lot of manual and time consuming work for me.

Strong support, depth of knowledge. Long term partner, having been on Costpoint since 1999

When defects are discovered, the time it takes for a resolution to be included in the next release.
Even when its included in a new releases, all the testing we do prior to installing in production is a lengthy process for us.

Great UI, excellent reliability

The application is easy to navigate and find what you need quickly.

Some interfaces forget what you have done and you need to redo it.

We use Costpoint for Accounting, project management and time and expense. It helps us maintain all of our accounting information in one spot.

Ease of navigation through applications, our new project structure, flexibility of project setup

Since we're live in cloud, least like our inability to get log files on our own about integrations and performance

Improved project setup flexibility and variety of ways to capture Rev and billing, helpful for Proj mgmt, helpful for supporting rate changes and rebilling

Project based application specifically for government contractors. Used by most large GovCons in the DC area.

Not always intuitive but we are trying to do more training for our staff.
