I really like that with Deltek Costpoint, the screens stay open, and I can open new windows as needed. This feature significantly enhances my multitasking capabilities and efficiency, as I can access various sections of the software without losing track of where I am. Additionally, the accounting tools are incredibly valuable for my workflow. They provide comprehensive support for accounting tasks, making processes smoother and more manageable. Furthermore, Deltek Costpoint helps calculate appropriate rates for invoicing, which is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper billing.

Every upgrade has bugs and defects that customers have to find on their own even though they are known defects. It would be nice to get a heads up to avoid support tickets and frustration.

I have found Deltek Costpoint to be remarkably user-friendly, which significantly enhances my efficiency when navigating its various features. I particularly appreciate its capability to invoice different customers with precise specifications, a critical functionality for my accounting needs. Recently, after attending a conference, I discovered many more capabilities of Deltek Costpoint that I had previously been unaware of, thereby revealing its potential to perform beyond my initial expectations. Although I have not yet utilized these newly discovered features, the realization that Deltek Costpoint can do more than what I've thought is quite appealing. Furthermore, the initial setup of the software was easy, contributing to a smooth onboarding experience. I also integrate Deltek Costpoint with Excel to manage my tasks effectively. My company's decade-long partnership with Deltek further underscores our trust and satisfaction with their service.

This is a cloud-based solution for our company, and my ability to help troubleshoot problems is limited to the areas where we have access. Beyond that, I am unable to assist with resolving issues.

I'm honestly uncertain. Since we currently use a variety of separate systems, I believe Costpoint would be more effective for us if all our applications were integrated within the same Deltek platform.
