Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked in multiple ERP systems throughout my career and I like the customizable screens and audit trails the most. There isn't a piece of data that CostPoint doesn't have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version we are currently on is not intuitive for new users or inexperienced MRP professionals, however, upcoming upgrade previews look promising to resolve some of these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auditing functionality is excellent for helping us maintain compliance to various customer requirements. This helps to simplify our procedures.

Our account manager is great and I love the software
What do you dislike about the product?
When I submit a case I do my analysis so I don't like when a junior analyst takes my case and start asking me questions

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation banner feature has been an absolute game changer! I no longer have to go in and out of screens to continue a process, which saves time and ultimately money!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface look could be updated to reflect other tech interfaces in use in the 21st century. It's something that I know will continue to improve though.

Costpoint helps keep all information in a centralized location, which helps our company run smoother. No one likes to have to swap between systems just to get to information!

Domains or modules don't talk to each other well. One data entry should populate across all modules

I have been using Costpoint for 20yrs and am impressed with the constant upgrades they provide based on user feedback

Some of the transactions between user interfaces are not as smooth or cohesive as they could be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are continually upgrading their ERP processes and it is benefiting out manufacturing processes

That so many people have issues with expense and that mobile expense isn't 100%
