Easy application to run reports. Report selections.

To select the report that include everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
It meets the needs for our government contacting part of the business. Deltek is working hard at making a much improved user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course everyone dislikes Timesheets but I believe it's only because every employee has to do them every day. Thank you for the improvements made and continuously being worked on for this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Variety of project codes and a means for users to enter timesheets. This is also our payroll system

All the information is there, you just have to dig it out

No hyperlinks to move screen to screen easier

Time and Expense and Timesheets are not yet available via mobile device.

Bringing Costpoint to a mobile app for IOS users.
New user who cannot wait to go from 7.1 to 8.1 soon after the conference
What do you like best about the product?
It is my 3rd ERP, and I find it one of the easiest to understand this early on in my usage of it. I look forward to getting 8.1 in the spring of next year to see more features and find more improved ways to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To-date we have not been using uploads or clones to create projects, but once we do, I will be happier; the manual process of doing it now is very time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up and maintaining our Navy contracts. I am not sure what else we use it for, as I am a new user. But I look forward to learning more and getting new features next spring, according to my company.

Ease of use, allocation of pools, ease of billing

Forecasting not as good could use some real improvements to have a totally integrated erp

What do you like best about the product?
Any issue from user errors to configuration and setup problems, the support team steps up and helps dive into the problem, and gives knowledgeable and meaningful answers/solutions! Stacey also helps emensly!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have better understandable error codes, but they are what they are.

As the system admin, I have a job. That benefits me 😎
Ongoing improvements and enhancements are increasing the value of this product

Scope of features, ongoing improvements and enhancements, built in security, established track record
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial Show stopping bugs in new releases, slowness of processes and reporting for large record sets, integrations with built in domains is better but still neeeds improvement, needs hyperlinks from third party reporting tool to core system for ease of navigation from drill down, urgent need to improve Expense and Planning

Project Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Timekeeping and back end data integrations are beneficial
Does absolutely everything it needs to, but requires more technical expertise than I have.

Costpoint has enough flexibility to allow my company to track everything needed for some very detailed contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personnel complain about user interface, which is not necessary user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The mobile app will be a game changer for our staff. To be able to enter time on their phones and create expense reports as they travel.

The support provided as you learn the system. Lots of 3rd party vendor options as well as Deltek

For a small company with limited resources, it can be complicated.

Providing an approved accounting system that supports as we bid on federal contracts
