Powerful, but high initial data input
What do you like best about the product?
all in one accounting, inventory govt project accounting compliant software

high learning curve of where to go or how databases are inter-related

scalability of my small office. we have grown business, but with systemic processes, we have same G&A staff

The functionality, the ease of use and knowing they are constantly updating

Getting kicked out of Costpoint while working in Cognos BI.

I like that cost point is easily integrating the finance portion of my project

Their support is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Still having to export from T&E into Costpoint.

Continually improving the user interface.

Cost point has brought rythm to our processes acoiding wasted time and co fusion.

In some instances searching through menuing can be inefficient. I believe it is being addressed in the most recent updates.

Tracking time and expenses, it allows me to track my tasks accurately and submit all records succesfully.
