Flexible and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Costpoint has a myriad of features. The upcoming 8.2 release has multiple improvements that will bring a modern UI and flexible notification options to move workflows along. Deltek is moving to quarterly releases to get new features in people's hands sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intergrations can be a challenge. Though external products might be better, if you have to integrate with them, you need to dedicate time to issues. You may want to use native instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time collection, inventory, costing
Depending on the line of work, deltek is an excellent project based erp

Cross functionality with different elements of business, workshops, built in compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
More straight forward menu and execution items I. The application. Meaning - making the results of the actions taken within screens more straight forward (what does this do?) Without researching in help.

Project based, customer support is great. I appreciate the ability to create extensions

Not very intuitive to use, the users do struggle a bit

Deltek has great team of industry experts. I like how it's a secure system for Government Property Contractors. Time and attendance is also great.

I think that upgrades should have a content feature.

Deltek is. Great ERP system for our customers. We provide trackig solutions that help government property managers comply with their DoD requirements.

Clunky interface and no good learning. Extremely hard to use and so many click throughs. Too many tables. Interface not intuitive. Lack of normally available reports
