What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's straightforward and that it's easy to find things in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's not easy to fix mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good with tracking budgets by project.

Communications, once you know how to best acquire support, deltek is very helpful.

Sometime difficult to obtain quick answers to quick fixes.

Maintains all contract/project related data and has the ability to report out fairly quickly.

Very user friendly! Our team enjoys the ease of configuration and integration w other systems...a great one-stop-shoppe :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind that is least helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The back office applications, D/C is hugely helpful for getting this data to our Clients as well as for our ISO Compliance.
Numerous issues since the upgrade to 8.2 was completed
What do you like best about the product?
Recognition and FAR compliance for Government contractors
What do you dislike about the product?
- Canned reports when exported to excel are not organized in a way to be able to analyze the date in an efficient manner
- We've had numerous issues since the 8.2 upgrade was made in August 2023
- Currently having issues where PSR, Revenue Worksheets, and the GL revenue does not align for numerous projects
- Charging customers additional fees to have additional individuals with the ability to submit tickets is very restrictive and inefficient for client help given the amount of help we've required in the last 6 months
- The amount of steps required to perform tasks/updates to tables/GL compared to other systems is very inefficient.
- Customer support can be slow without going to significant effort to escalate issues
- We've had numerous issues since the 8.2 upgrade was made in August 2023

Honestly, we are very frustrated with the systems functionality at this moment as well as the time it is taking to resolve issues with customer support.

Ease to use and good customer support team

Lots of update for each version, not good on reporting sides

Deltek Business Intelligence is a powerful reporting that is integrated with Costpoint, Planning and T & E data

Planning and T & E is not fully integrated with Costpoint. Data migrations between the applications do not always update cleanly

Accounting, Project Reporting, Project Forecasting and Timesheets

It is very clear across modules where the information is housed and is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the standard reports are difficult to use or need customization to be applicable to your company.

It solves the problem of data integrity
Costpoint move from Oracle
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that it has to be able to make changes to your data if you make a mistake. It is easier to fix mistakes than in Oracle the is much more rigid

It seems to be missing fields that seem to be key. This could be supplemented by UDEFs however some of the screens lack ability to use UDEFs

It is our main production and financial system

It is extremely pricey- especially for a small business like us.
