What do you like best about the product?
Full spectrum integration between Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reliance on other customers to vote for consideration for the Ideas Portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any at the moment.
Costpoint - Accounting & Materials
What do you like best about the product?
I like Costpoint's intuitive interface. The customer service is also really great. I like that I can easily talk to a customer service rep. at a moments notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software bugs and the lack of resources surrounding application documentation. When I don't understand something i have to perform a google search for Costpoint+the application to find things. I'd love if there was an AI chatbot to refer to for questions regarding knowledge base articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sounds like they are working on AI. I hope that with that comes the benefit of asking it questions surrounding the product, it's applications and answers to our specific use cases.

Ease of navigation, lack of service interruptions, great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
System can be complicated/hard to learn, especially Business Intelligence, but Deltek Support offers a lot of learning opportunities or you can create a case for a specific issue.

Easy to carry out my tasks, accepts customer feedback to enhance product features.

What do you like best about the product?
The recent system updates have helped with user needs and offer a range or products for goverment contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of step by step instructions can make some of the modules hard to use especially for new users.

Easy to use and Great Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Deltek is great for managing expense authorizations and reports. Easy to update and create. Users are able to share and see everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
The program seems to freeze up or is tying to catch up with the speed of use. Not sure if it is doing updates during the day but it can stall work for minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now is helping us keep track of when people are not doing their timesheets and how often. The reports we pull are helpful with knowing if we are keeping in compliance with timekeeping.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that data from multiple departments is accessible on one platform. From our timesheets to Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders, Accounting information, and Contract information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility when assigning PR approval notifications. Certain procurement reports don't seem to run as efficiently as they could. Often when exporting to excel view it gets very messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to track our purchases made on contract or not.

The overall comprehensive ERP solution that integrates project planning with project reporting

It can be somewhat cumbersome to use. You need a well documented guide for each area and module.
