Costpoint goes to make improvements that help closing month end quicker.

Sometimes we don't know how to implement the updates and the impacts.

Once you learn how to use one of the modules well, you can understand all of the modules and how they integrate together.

I dislike the limited support available for Shop Floor Times

The new UI is great! Easy to use and visually appealing.

The charge faves and leave balance located in a More menu. Need to be their own buttons.

Nothing that I could think of that would affect my job

Payroll, purchasing, invoicing. Easy use
Works very well for timesheet maintenance

I use it daily to maintain timesheet entries and procurement entries and it works great

Teaching others to use it properly. People that aren't tech savvy has some trouble

Timesheet maintenance and procurement. Helps keeps employees accountable for their entries and payroll

I like how each application functions the same way. Once you know how to use one application you can intuitively use most.

Reporting is very difficult. It feels as though the applications are not linked and you have to force all the data to connect.

It is our accounting software and helps with revenue and time keeping.
