The most reliable account system
What do you like best about the product?
It's readable and the company is in consistent improvements.. timesheets and expenses are well structured and billing processes are the best!!

It's not self trainnd, it needs trainers and multiple sessions and practice

It can be a little overwhelming. But the search bar is always very helpful for shortcuts

What do you like best about the product?
It's straight forward to use. The user interface updates are a welcome change from where we started 4 years ago. Users find it much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization. Its a very ridged system compared to other ERP apps that allow field customization, label changes, and adding additional fields to screens to capture custom information.

Deltek runs our entire business. besides the applications that produce our products, Deltek is the core that makes it all come together.
Lots of ways to use it but complex to understand quickly

It has great capabilities to collect financial information and organize it in a way that can be presented in various reports that comply with the rigorous requirements of government contracts

Too many different places that you have to go to to complete a task from start to finish

We record all of our financial information and transactions to be able to generate reports for government contracts
