User-Friendly and Effortless Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and ease to navigate. Nice platform.

It ie very challenging to enter expenses reimbursement.

Solving timesheet check and floor check emails.

Ease of use. Easy to learn interface. Easy to navigate.

Very similar ways to do the same things. So learning different paths is a little redundant.

Time keeping is nice.

User-Friendly but Transition Takes Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Deltek Costpoint is. It's almost like the last ERP that I used. I also like how simple the entry screens are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the system post once all approvals are in. The transition process seems to be taking a while, as they started earlier in the year and are still working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deltek Costpoint facilitates the entry, review, and posting of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and journal entries.
Efficient Vendor Management, Needs History Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's pretty easy to enter new vendor information into Deltek Costpoint. I appreciate being able to enter new information all on one screen for the most part. The initial setup was very easy, and I was added as a new user and able to use it within 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no history to look back to whenever new information needs to be entered, there is no history to show what had been previously entered. If I need to look back to an old email address if the current one is not working or if I need to reconcile something and it has an old email or physical address I can't look that up in Deltek Costpoint. Not often but enough that I wish I could look back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find entering new vendor information in Deltek Costpoint easy, thanks to the ability to handle most updates on one screen. However, it's lacking a history feature to refer back to previous entries, which is inconvenient when I need past details.
Variety of Applications, But Tough to Use

I like the variety of applications that Deltek Costpoint offers.

I find the ease of use lacking.

I use Deltek Costpoint for invoice processing and payment, streamlining these tasks for efficiency.
User-Friendly with Effective Timekeeping
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the platform is user friendly. I find the reports and inquiries helpful for submitting our payroll and pulling accuracy on hours worked for our staff. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags or requires several steps for processing timecards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deltek Costpoint to avoid timekeeping discrepancies by comparing it with our contract system, and I find reports helpful for accurate payroll submission and tracking staff hours.
Manual Processes Limit Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like i can save multiple pages together in my menu.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could copy and paste certain things in Deltek Costpoint. It is a very manual process. I should be able to copy and paste things into the fields. I think it should be allowed to copy and paste from Excel into the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deltek Costpoint handles our manufacturing orders but the process feels very manual, and I wish it allowed for easier data entry like copying and pasting from Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using Deltek Costpoint with my parent organization for several years now. It is very easy to navigate and the menu is self-explanatory and extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A Novice or New User would need to get front end training pertaining to the menus and many features of Deltek Costpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deltek Costpoint enables corporations, business owners, and Human Resource Teams to track their employees Work Hours, Holiday Schedule, and Time Off status for pay purposes.
Exceptional Timekeeping and Project Accounting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful timekeeping and project accounting
What do you dislike about the product?
Manufacturing/Materials module is not fully connected. There are tables that don't connect, for example, if you want to look at a purchase order line for a part number on a number of POs, you need to pull up all the POs with those lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Required government timekeeping and project accounting.
