Logical, not Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The option to customize fields so that you can tailor it to your company's needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The outdated user interface, difficulty finding out which ID numbers pull from which modules, the lack of communication from Contracts back to Projects module, not being able to open multiple chrome tabs in the browser version

Able to store complex data. Also available help on the data structures on the backend to see the logical structure.

The interface can be a bit confusing on the front end - but I know you all are working on this

I really like the traceability and ease to find necessary transactions

My biggest issue currently is lack of embedded cash receipt tracking, but have heard it's coming in next iteration

Deltek is solving out reconcillation process and leaning out our manufacturing

Certain processes are not automatic. Particularly compute burden

Something helpful about Deltek Costpoint is the insight I gain into projects.

I don't like how Deltek Costpoint is difficult for T&E users to setup their accounts and use.

What do you like best about the product?
The relationships we've built with Deltek are the best! Costpoint was the best solution for us, and then the people are second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little dated, but know that advancements are planned. So, we appreciate the attention to addressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The road to AI is one that is top of mind with Deltek, which we love. We're anxious for the rollout of Dela and Harmony!
