The ability to peer into the system and determine where material is located and its status.

My company does not keep up with the latest cloud edition.

Becoming more intuitive. Dela is a neat feature.

I dislike having to go to multiple screens to get answers. App needs to include benefit enrollment as part of self service.

I do not like how they are constantly changing the user interface design. Each time it changes, we have to update all of our screenshots in all of our DOPs.

I like how I'm able to operate AP in the system, it's helpful and easy to follow.

I wish we were in an updated version of CP.
