Best ERP system
What do you like best about the product?
How it is always becoming more streamlined and always making changes to make it easier on the user. It helps company wide to help tansition the system to a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slowness and glitches whenever an update occurs.

Streamlining my process and making things less manual.

Being able to view timesheets from the past within CP.

Expense reports are a bit difficult to edit when rejected.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of using Costpoint and the many different ways to bring CP to users. I have not used Della yet, but I’m very much looking forward to that!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I find somewhat troublesome is the two line data in reports. I find it very confusing to read the data when it’s presented in this manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigation banner is great! Love being able to move to each step in our lengthy processes needed to complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
No live data, too much updating needed and everything is set in stone, no way to edit and resave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is good, but really hard to build reports needed.
It's easy to use, but the expense report wizard it's not as user friendly 'lookwise'

It's a one stop place to do time, expense reports, and project reports

It's not as intuitive, look wise, so you can tell where you are in the expense report process

What do you like best about the product?
Stability of functionality. While the product releases new enhancements and functionality quite frequently, the product still allows users to utilize the functionality that they have been using for years. Roll out of changes is done in rounds and tends to not be too much at one time, this makes it easier for my team to consume the product.
I enjoy to the new UI and the excitement it is going to bring to our users moving forward.
I love our customer support team and their willingness to help when we have issues.

Going into the new UI I miss the ability to see breadcrumbs. I am not super excited about dela but am going to embrace moving forward.

The newer functions being added that are flowing through other systems.

Reporting-difficult to run specific reports/audits

Daily timesheet functionality for employees- more user friendly
Costpoint is very useful from an ODBC approach, assuming you know where to look.
What do you like best about the product?
Costpoint for a basic user has very easy to follow prompts and navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be challenging to find which table items live in. I have also experienced very slow customer support.

Burden rate mapping is very easy to follow.

Compliance is baked into the program so gov contractors can manage their company easily

User interface looks very old, some may not have a problem wi th it but no one says it's the best UI they have seen.
