Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive application makes things easy to get things done all in one spot.

It is not user-friendly. I think more tutorials would be helpful.

It is very powerful and allows us to get a lot done

sometimes the updates are glitchy or not helpful. it can take a while to get updates that you want or need

I don’t find the time clocks easy to use.

I've only been using for a few months but so far it is pretty easy and user friendly

So far I don't have any complaints, just had to learn to navigate everywhere.

Saves us from manually entering
Software is complex and is evolving with every iteration.

Deltek is trying to change UI more user friendly as much as they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menu Navigation was complex and it is getting better but it is not going in New Gen-Z direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whole business runs on Deltek. I wish all business functions were firmly integrated in one and pieces joined together.
I love Deltek. It is easy to follow. I work in the Projects module.

It is easy to navigate. It is always improving.

Not being able to have access to all modules. I know it equies licenses but once you have a log in you should be able to access all modules
