What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce is its architecture the way we can connect our objects and customize as we want as per ower requirements and this CRM can be used by every size of company from small companies to medium-sized companies and leading large companies like we can manage data in a very efficient way and can track the growth and sales for the company with the help of reports and Dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost of running a CRM for salesforce in an organization is growing and adjusting, customizing, and maintaining the SFDC according to the corporate business requirement from a salesforce affiliate company and it is an additional cost that companies have to pay for some time out of pocket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like salesforce is accepted by many industries each industry uses its own way as per their business requirement some companies use salesforce its campaigns for marketing and generating leads for the business and some user service cloud in order to provide services to their client's and some companies use automation which is provided by the flows, process builders, and workflow which reduce the manual process in salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce offers a ton of free documentation and has a lot of fun Trailblazer activities that help you learn how to use the different features of the CRM. Even when it isn't necessary, I run through some of the Trailblazer lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've worked with many companies that use Salesforce as their CRM. Some companies have no idea what they are doing and/or organize their CRM poorly. This isn't on Salesforce, but I wish companies would listen to their employees' opinions about the best way to organize SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce eliminates the need for multiple B2B vendors. Its functionality combines all the tools needed to run a business successfully. It also keeps clean records of everything. If someone decides to leave your company, their work will not be lost and will be easily accessible/ transferable.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of having all the valuable information for communicating with customers and personalizing the sale in a single platform, the ease of creating lists for targeted marketing communications
Another aspect I love is the visualization of data through dashboards used by every level of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
A negative aspect is the slowness and the export format of the data from the crm, it would be useful to be able to export the data collected through reports also in xml format and the export speed should be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem of creating a single account for all the company's brands. The benefit is fast and precise segmentation.
Another problem solved is the creation of cases handled by specialized customer service agents.
The agent follows the case and at the same time sees the customer's data, purchases made, previous contacts, the status of orders and everything that may be useful.
Finally, a problem solved with the use of Salesforce CRM, was to make a DB easily accessible, and the ability to create reports and statistics without knowing programming languages, but simply using a drag and drop system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To date, it is a complete CRM tool on the market, perfectly integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem, but also capable of connecting with various external sources, such as automated mail tools, or BI

What do you like best about the product?
The portal UI is user friendly and features are well planned to help user organize its data as well as access it quite well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance sometimes downgrades due to rich UI components used in lightening UI design

Managing the task and events for the customer as well as prospect clients. Using it for daily tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not seen such good CRM portal around. I have been a admire of this portal for about 10 years now and no other CRM portal can beat this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce integrates with a wide array of different apps. It really is so simple and makes my day to day processes with my sales job a lot easier and very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a problems with creating data that clean and up to date. A lot of times we have trouble with incorrect numbers or out of date opportunities and the "clean up" is pretty tedious activity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to upload and utilize our CRM for new data and link it to the right people who need it. The benefits have been realized as our company grows and we can get the up to date sales and previous activity to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend integrating a lot of apps with it so you can officiantly login and seamlessly change from app to app

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to perform multiple tasks using the SFDC platform. This software has many features built-in which makes my day extremely productive - since everything is located in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFDC can be a little slow at times when I search for various items. Though this tool makes my day productive, that is sometimes affected even though it is not drastic. Some in-app tools may also become unresponsive at times too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SFDC CRM to answer and resolve customer questions, send emails to customers, pull data for reports, handle meetings, and literally everything that makes my day functional. It is safe to say that without SFDC, my days would be complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My experience with SFDC is really good. I don't feel like there are many CRMs like this one and so I highly recommend this one. This is especially useful in the contact center industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, this program is extremely user friendly and an easy way to share customer/donor data. The report feature is very powerful. I find this program much easier to use than other CRMs I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up is extensive. It takes months and requires a specialized team to set up API and reports. We have needed our implementation consultant to help create reports since we finished the implementation aboit a year ago, but overall, we are very happy that we shifted to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a corporate non profit and we need out contacts and donation information to seamlessly move from our corporate CRM to our nonprofit CRM and this tool has done it! We save about 40 hours of manpower monthly, and have updated information at our fingertips at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have at least a 4 month runway and a robust implementation team before starting a project to set up a new Salesforce database, but this a a truly incredible CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize fields and build robust reporting capabilities is one of my favorite things about Salesforce CRM. Being able to build custom reports and have them emailed to you at specific times is a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin, the setup is sometimes difficult to use and it can be challenging to do anything complex without referring to the help area or searching for other content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce CRM is a great platform for the entry of sales data and customer information across a widely deployed sales and marketing team. It's easy for everyone to stay on the same page and have access to the same data through Salesforce

It's nice if you have a Salesforce administrator if you are going to be doing some customization.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to search clients by phone number, email, last name, specific words added in the notes, also being linked to my other engine support Back Office makes everythin easier

In my personal opinion i have not found SF lightning as fast as classic was, of course i know some other things have been improved but surfing between pages was faster using classic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an easier way to share information for asssociates that are not involved with all programs, this way they can have a better scaned profile of the client having no issue that they can move some delicate information in other platforms as Back Office

Do not think twice, use Salesforce is the best option you can take, belibe me, i have used many different CRMs, no one like this
