What do you like best about the product?
This is the best CRM I have ever used. It's so user-friendly, and at the same time, it's efficient

It's getting more expensive when we need additional services

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of things, and how your organization has set up your CRM instance, Salesforce is extremely easy to view. My dashboards, reports, campaigns, leads, etc. are easily accessible. I also love how we can get highly customizable with our reports and dashboards. THere's really nothing you can't do with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use interface is a little clunky and outdated in my opinion. I think the over image could use a refresh so that navigating the platform will be easier and "prettier" to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Salesforce CRM to see what leads are coming in, how they're interacting with our content, and tasks to follow up. We've taken the manual process of lead follow up out of the picture and have automated the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best in the game and the easiest to use. Almost all other platforms have an integration with Salesforce which makes it incredibly accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales, Service and Marketing team work as one and from different places and make your customers happy by working for them as a team but at different place. Easy too learn. No software updation cost it automatically updates with every releases. How cool is that Isn't it?
What do you dislike about the product?
Licenses are costly. Appexchange products are costly too and there are lots of technical limitations for developers. No end of learning, With every release new features, are added, and existing features get abandoned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of automation tools help developers to achieve functionalities for their customers without writing a single piece of code. Proactive customer service if stuck with some feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best CRM platform and is easy to learn and use.

Powerful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is no doubt the world's most robust CRM. You can design any sales process scenario within the system. It is reliable and you can support business decisions on its information if data flow and data hygiene are good among your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
(1) If the basic/generic salesforce setup doesn't work for your company you more than likely will need someone, a salesforce developer or expert, to set it up for you; (2) The Salesforce mobile app is really poor. The UX of the app is completely off and they haven't done any major updates in years. They should re-design the whole app experience from the ground up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we solved was to finally have a single source of truth for all client data. Having a single repository for all customer information validates the accuracy of the data and helps your business decision making process at all levels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider having a freelance salesforce expert to help you with implementation. I believe it makes all the difference. It helps you get off the ground which is a key part in getting used to new software, and usually the stage everyone quits.

Best platform with outstanding features

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the platform and found it can be used effectively for several internal departments not just sales and business development. Our teams were able to find uses across operations and tie one message together. The sales team no longer needed to be the one client voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky to find the right fit. The platform has so many options, it isn't easy to find a path, but once you recognize the direction you need, there are many training options to get to the finish line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform for very detailed individual tracking, including personal details to select just the right way to acknowledge our clients. The interdepartmental monitoring gives us a complete picture of the client contacts and the company as a whole. The only thing that sets us apart from our competitors is the timely responses and the attention to client details. Basically, we can do what we say we will do.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy you can access all files that you need and how can you update them as well.
moreover the ability to share documents between your coworker is amazing and time saving

it is hard to use at the beginning and you need guidance on how to use it and even after a new update is being released I couldn't find any instruction on how to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales agreement and management, creating solutions for partners and keeping their data safe and shared with employees. in addition of selling them our products

What do you like best about the product?
I love many things about Salesforce but one of the notable benefits is the amount of integration opportunities it presents for data automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but perhaps the user interface seems slightly outdated and confusing for use without system training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is used for most if not all CRM activities and needs. As mentioned earlier, data automation is great as well as having a full picture of each customer.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and the UX is not all over the place compared to the tools we used in the past. It also rarely breaks down which is very important for the fast paced environment we are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat difficult to create content and providing permissions usually takes longer for us especially when each level has a cost involved. These are just nitpicks though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the tool for most of our documentations, articles and announcements. The tool is great especially when we need to disseminate information as fast as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it out. It will definitely change the way you deal with managing multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM has everything you need to manage customer records, contacts, and way more. It is a truly vast, powerful tool that can do just about anything you need. You can find and update the information you need easily, and the reporting functionality allows you to report and analyze just about any data in Salesforce. These reports can be pulled into visuals and dashboards, giving you quick access to all of the information that is most important to you. These dashboards could be customized by department/role, to really tailor the experience to each end user. Salesforce also integrates with more third-party apps and add-ins than any other CRM tool that I'm aware of. Billing, project management, analytics - you name it. There are countless tools that work with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the dashboard and reporting tools are extremely useful, the permission and sharing functionality can be challenging to structure according to your organization's needs. There is a lack of granularity in the organization of the reports, who can share them, etc., which means that your options might feel like it's either "wide open" or that only admins can share reports and dashboards. Licensing is also a limiting factor, as only admins have permission for some of the more advanced sharing functionality, but those roles may cost a higher licensing fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce CRM is our do-it-all CRM solution. We manage all of our Account, contact information and have integrations to track client satisfaction, sales opportunities, client projects, billing info, etc. Salesforce is our source of truth for all customer data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is the industry-leading CRM for just about any size business. The fact that it's so established in the CRM space means that there are integrations and analytics for all kinds of third-party systems, allowing you to manage and report on all kinds of data, and use that to better manage your business.

Complex Tool but a Sales Necessity

What do you like best about the product?
Built correctly, this tool simplifies keeping track of the sales lifecycle, follow up process, CRM, marketing strategies and much more. I appreciate the links they provide for news and other information related to the companies I've entered into SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software can be complex and cumbersome depending on how it is set up. You really need to have a SF expert or someone in charge of the infrastructure that is a full time staff person. It's not a simple drag and drop tool, making changes , trying to understand the logic of how things are connected or re-configuring the set up for Sales Force's required updates is a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of sales activities is very helpful. It's become my external hard drive when my human memory fails. You can store links, phone calls, notes, images or just about anything related to the customer or prospect.
