I've Loved Using Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to customize Salesforce into what you need for your business—staying on task, creating views and dashboards organized as a team and company. It's the best CRM out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization is a little over my head, so we rely on our IT department to implement our ideas into action. This can slow down our processes just a little bit, but we thankfully have a great team well versed in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Salesforce organizes and stores our data is significant not only in serving our clients but also in allowing other co-workers access to the same information. Communication is critical for any business, and Salesforce helps store the data, keep it organized, and integrate with other tools we utilize to enhance customer experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce offers a business multiple ways to view data. If keeping organized and on task is your primary goal, Salesforce is the CRM you're looking for.

Everything I've Ever Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very easy to understand. I had never used a CRM before Salesforce. They provide fantastic training modules and ways to learn the depths of CRM. Within months, I was fluent in Salesforce for my company. There is no better way to organize, store, and access information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is so diverse, it is a tough thing to build from the ground up, so you will most likely need a Salesforce developer to work alongside you. I work for a non-profit, so this certainly wasn't a cheap venture. However, our rep was accommodating throughout the process. I don't have any complaints! Salesforce has fixed so many problems and made life so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There isn't a problem we aren't solving with this software! All of our information is stored uniquely in customer profiles enabling our team to easily access records and accounts. Everything is organzied beautifully.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is straight to the point on the surface but can also allow you to deep dive and get creative with reporting and analytics. Most tech companies use SFDC, so in terms of how it compares to it's competitors...well, it doesn't. It blows them all out of the water! There's a reason everyone else is using it, don't be left in the dust!
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports can sometimes be daunting if you haven't had the proper training and enablement. Most users can figure it out independently, but it may take longer. If you don't come from a data background, it may be a challenge. However, the opportunity to build out custom dashoards is still a very useful and collaborative feature. It can allow you to run data and visualize where your teams need to improve or how the organization as a whole is doing in terms of pipeline, quota, closed deals, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're tracking everything across our GTM teams in SFDC. From lead routing to pipeline and closed deals, our Revenue Organization numbers live and breathe in SFDC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're on the fence about adopting the system, do it. If you want to keep up with the times and allow your teams to succeed with analytics that supports their actions or point out needs for change, this is the system for you. It will allow you to deep dive into the numbers and provide intensive dashboards that you can share with stakeholders and employees alike.
Salesforce CRM is one of the best CRM in market.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is one of the best robust CRM in the world, which is very easy to use. Due to its intuitive UI, this platform has become super user-friendly, and all credit goes to the magical dashboard. Along with dashboard, reports , campaigns, leads, etc. are easily accessible. This platform supports integration with most third-party applications. I did integration with Skype, which was very helpful for me. It is reliable and secure, you would be able to support any business based on the data informatiom. Though this is clould based platform thats make it secure and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this platform for a long back and trust me. I did not find any glitch or hiccup. But rather than dislike, I would like to mention a few points that will make this platform robust. The first point for me as a user is to have more filters in detailed reports that would be much more helpful, or the generated report should be customizable quickly based on need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is loveable for one important reason, which is nothing but a superb report format that provides very detailed information with graphical and numerical representations. Even this platform helps us to send emails and managing calls with customer because clarity of data that also help us to know how many cases done so far very easily and post doing all report is ready. Even a lay man can use lot fo hidden features of Salesforce CRM by using trailblazer activities which helps to get to know "How to use different features of CRM". We would have lot of data stores associated to any customer like URLs, phone call,notes, images, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If someone is looking for the most secure and reliable platform, please consider Salesforce CRM. Trust me, and this platform understand customer need very well.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to track everything, and reports are something I love to extract from Salesforce. I can have customized reports and dashboards for myself (hidden from the rest) or my team members. It automatically creates a bar chart as well in the case of dashboards.
Creating opportunities is easy for salespeople too. The partner portal can also be managed using Salesforce.
Inside sales team can log each conversation easily and send emails using Marketo templates which are integrated well into Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
- when you merge leads, all the information about the previous one is lost. Merge ideally means having everything together, but it allows us only to choose the best of 2-3 leads that we wish to merge.
- we cant allocate leads to salespeople in bulk

I can chat with my peers.
I can see the information regarding the leads web or other campaign activity within a lead.. It helps me know more about the lead.
It is aligned with the marketing automation tool, and thus we can extract so much information.

What do you like best about the product?
Once a user conquers the learning curve associated with this program, they will find that the overall functionality rating for this product is very high. There are many fields and micro-tools that increase efficacy and navigation within the program to maximize output once the general User Interface once a user masters the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding my previous statement, the initial learning curve and the sometimes overwhelming amount of fields and data within this program can feel insurmountable initially. There are so many little tools, details, and aspects of Salesforce that require lots of initial training and attention to detail before one can successfully use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to navigate massive amounts of business and sales data, set up and prepare logistical efforts, and arrange multifaceted information used successfully for my team and the project that I am on. I have been able to close deals and set up my company's services in hundreds of new restaurants using Salesforce once I learned the ins and outs of how the program works.

Ensure that you have devoted the proper amount of time truly learning and understanding the program before getting fully involved with it!
Salesforce Has Kept Our Organization Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks that sync to Google Calendar. This option is sweet! You enter your tasks in Salesforce and your whole day is scheduled!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to easily track our books in Salesforce, we have to use the Quickbooks integrations. It's still quite easy to do but would be more streamlined using Salesforce only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to close on sales faster and keep track of all of our customers. Even when things slip between the cracks, Salesforce has reports that help catch them!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no other software that has the integrations Salesforce has. If you know someone who can modify it, or can do it yourself, there really is no limit to using it. You will be able to track all of your sales not only in Salesforce but also using other services

What do you like best about the product?
We love that they are hands-on and provide a lot of training and additional experitise. The platform has a lot of custom functionality which is very appealing but also does require a lot of additional work! The only drawback is that there aren't a lot of out-of-the-box integrations with salesforce with third parties yet but it's becoming better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there isn't many integrations with salesforce that are easy compared to shopify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the website speed issue and are able to really customize the experience for our customers with AI and customer groups. Salesforce makes it easy to identify customers and also makes a search on the website easy.
Nice and easy to use but a bit over priced solution....

Its features are really great and automation services are just out of the ordinary. Although these services are really helpful for managing business operations but still it becomes a bit complex to use all services

One thing that I dislike about Salesforce Services is that they are really over-priced. For a small or medium scale business it is really expensive. second thing is that most of their services are through the mail so we sometimes can not get urgent support.

Managing leads, Following them up, closing them then Segregating, Prospecting, and making pipelines are some of the problems that we are solving by using Salesforce services

What do you like best about the product?
Being in to the field of sales, it was very hard to manage the prospect details and their requirements in a excel file as a day to day activities. and also we need to dial in the customer mobile number or a contact number, when we need to contact any customers. Same thing happens to the email writing part as well. Then we are in need of searching the software or platform which satisfies our needs and to enhance our customer relationship in a great way. So, finally we landed up in the salesforce CRM. It is actually a great software to help each business development people or people in the role of business handling it helps the users to have great accomplishment interms of their raped phase work environment. The user interface and user experience of this software worked very well. It is very easy to collect or retrieve data from the acount
What do you dislike about the product?
By comparing other CRM'S the option in the sales force software is not user friendly, the options which we are having the platform is very bit difficult to understand, if person who starts his career newly with salesforce, He might get struggled a bit

Initially, it is very hard to collect manage and closing the deals with the users while we are using excel to handle all this data, but after the utilization of salesforce software it is very awesome now, we can easily track monitor and called the data of the customers, or prospects we can easily, have their constant followup and their timeline for their next followup as well. and because of it, the time factor such as, we can easily track and followup the customers ina very short span of time, and also the calling and email option, it was very difficult earkkier, we need to take up the mobile number and email id of the users and typr in the mobile phone and email and all. but now our mobile number and email ID's are get integrated in to the software which is very useful and we can make the call by one tap alone.

If you are really looking for a CRM, which wants to help you inn customization monitoring andfollowing up the leads and wants to analyse the lead quality and it's sources, you can trust sales force not only that, but also it helps in analyzing the customers needs as well
