HSV Acquired Taste
What do you like best about the product?
The consolidation on a single screen of all of the pertinent information needed for a sales cycle. Helps you not let anything slip away from oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the sales cadences are a little too rigid and can not currently accommodate a more robust sales cycle. In many organizations, sales are involved beyond the opportunity phase and can often have a presence until the customer receives the product. There are no mechanisms to capture or effectively hand off this type of sales scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HSV is a great tool for getting people to buy into a lead-to-sales process. HSV documents, tracks, notifies, scores, and scales the process. This is good for a way to notice ways to improve the process as well as it helps the sales reps scale and keep tabs on all of their prospects without losing potential customers in the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to configure HSV to your sales process. You may need to tailor your sales process to HSV somewhat. This will significantly increase adoption.

Salesforce is the one stop shop for all things CRM related. I'm a big fan!
What do you like best about the product?
As a senior salesforce admin, I love the "click not code" functionality of Salesforce. I am a backend systems guy, so building automations via WFRs are really cool to me
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the cluttered interface makes navigation and simple tasks unnecessarily complex. Sometimes the global search functionality is very limited to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems I have solved with Salesforce is implementing an advanced approvals process for our quote to cash org. By having AA, there is less manual work required by reps and deal desk.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Salesforce is customization. We have multiple offerings/functions within our business and Salesforce allows us to fully customize to accommodate each team and offering. I also love all the plug in and integrations available to ensure seamless communication throughout our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think about anything that I don't like about SalesForce. I've used this platform for over 10 years and it's very intuitive and powerful. I love the sandbox feature to develop new things before pushing it into production
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our database of record. If it's not recorded in Salesforce it never happened. It allows me to ensure our prospects and clients are being touched effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, customised as per company's need. Saves allot of time and maintain full data base. Here in Amazon we use Salesforce to manage HR level page and in this COVID pandemic we are using COVID event management with Salesforce only
What do you dislike about the product?
Allot of options at the sametimes makes me confuse specially when I am in hurry. Different sections of the department should be keep at different blocks at all time.

Right now we are working on COVID event management for our usa employee's leave and pay management. Best app to distribute work in between the team members to increase productivity.

Others mean SAP, and SAP is like thousands of module at a time. And Salesforce is more comfortable and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Our business can modify and build any type of report or custom system to keep track of metrics. This allows us to maximize our profits, grow our business, and keep employees happy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated for a less technically inclined person to use this CRM. However, with proper training, anyone can use this with efficiency to maximize their quotas.

Salesforce keeps track of all types of data and metadata and organizes it very well, including custom formats. It also helps workflows be at the highest efficiency so companies and employees can maximize their time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is that it lets the salepeople organize their action items in an effective manner. For each action item, it provides you with a deadline and sends you a notification, so you don't miss any deadlines. In addition, it is highly user friendly and easy to navigate for new personnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be useful if there are tutorial videos or a document for new users. It will help to understand some of the tabs and the purpose for each. Initially, it takes a bit of time to get used to the software, so any guiding document and tutorial will be helpful.
Also, if there is an option to convert the action items into an excel spreadsheet, it will also be convenient, especially when you need to present the data in weekly meetings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software with all our field sales guys. They use it after their meetings with the clients and use the tool to include the action items that must be completed before the next meeting.
Does the job, could be better looking
What do you like best about the product?
It works well, keeps things contained, and operates as intended. There are a few things that I wish would be changed. First, have some sort of or better automation that works better to find potential duplicates. Currently, there are rules put in place for finding dupes. But, the system fails quite a bit. If a lead comes through with 2/3 fields the same as another lead or contact within an account, it does not catch it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the most pretty. Obviously that does not matter for functionality, but it could look better. It seems antiquated in the UI and design versus some other CRM's. Also, I wish that the rules for finding potential duplicates should be better. It seems pretty simple that if 2/3 fields of a lead are the same as another lead or contact it should at least raise it as a potential dupe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not necessarily "problems", but it works for sales CRM. Following the rule of "if it is not in the system, it did not happen" is very true and Salesforce is simple to fill out the fields to ensure notes are in there.

What do you like best about the product?
You really can slice and dice data in any way you wish. The power is in the design of the data collection, to have reporting that's actionable. It's the Swiss army knife of CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can by high four new users. Also, it requires an admin on hand that can manipulate the objects and data feilds for your organization. Being able to add users at a lower cost would be a benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where are active deals. What is happening in the field from the AEs. It's the singe source of truth the entire organization can benefit from. We now can issue visibility to any area of the business we chose to turn on.

What do you like best about the product?
Capturing leads from leadiq intergrates flawlessly with salesforce, making it very easy for me to migrate leads. As soon as i press "capture", I know that my lead's profile now lives in salesforce, complete with all relevant metadata.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have yet to encounter any issues, it works great! The UI is a bit daunting at times and has a learning curve, but that is to be expected of something so powerful and complex. Wouldn't call that a long term dislike, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows me to organize all my leads and base my outreach out of it. Also, information of accounts and opportunities live there, easily accessible. It's my base of operations.

They're the industry leader for a reason. Once you get past the learning curve (doesn't take long), salesforce is a massively powerful CRM that is well worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the leading crm tool in the market. Using Salesforce we can achieve many things and it also used in many areas such as real-estate, immigration consultency, educational universities, any where selling or buying, provide services Salesforce comes into picture.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cache is really a cool feature in lightning mode. But when developing some components on aura or lwc frequent refreshs will cause an issue due to cache it won't update the latest code changes. This is very rarely occurs.work around is to clear cache and cookies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are uk based and most of them are real-estate everyone have a complex business structure. But implementing thier entire real-estate in Salesforce sales cloud is really a great experience. From customer interaction (lead) converts to opportunity and make a deal sending quote signing a contract in DocuSign is completed achieved by Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Comparing other competitors for Salesforce such as Microsoft dynamics. Salesforce is more efficient and rarely I see server down once in a year aprox. Implementing a business requirement is very easy now flow builder are the most powerful tool using we can automate many things. I love it hope you too love Salesforce once you start using.
