What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the leader in cloud technology.Majority of the MNC's and small scale companies are using it widely because of its adaptivility.It is far better and Updates than it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes is not much of it but yes it can be made bit cheaper moving forward.Rest everything is good as it provide the update on regular basis. No one is perfect so is Salesforce Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot in Increasing the revenue per employee.It is a perfect example of one stop solution.It increased the productivity by reducing the manual Intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
This app is very useful for my business. I can track the location of my employees and has easy integration with other Salesforce products. The overall capability of the platform is awesome. It had a 3D feature that helps to track location accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any compliance with this app because the app helps me a lot with my job. Maybe I think the cost of this app will be a little higher but really worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app optimizes routes and streamlines the time sales reps spend going to and from appointments. Salesforce maps helps me to visualize complex sales data in an easy-to-understand map view

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides the best customizable, Low-code UI setup, CRM in a Service as a Software Cloud-based Solution. The skies are the limit with salesforce, quite literally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The naming of ui setup options can be difficult to understand if you haven't trained to use the software, but that's easily remedied by all the free training modules and trailmixes provided by trailhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The guided selling screen flow is a big plus to help quickly provide sales reps with the tools they need to be successful and focus on tasks to increase sales/leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales force has reasonable centralized data control. ITs easy to access critical data that goes across departments, clients, and expectations all in one place, which helps
What do you dislike about the product?
For a CRM system that provides cross-connection of data management and has a cloud, it can be slowed by processes of uploading and downloading documents which can slow production
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me one place that can make additional clicking become less of a problem with multiple windows open, area of focus and the control of information in one spot of a CRM

The GOD CRM for opportunity management with a slight learning curve!

What do you like best about the product?
The standalone automation capabilities of the platform as well as the large number of integrations offered by third-party tools like People.ai makes it really easy to log information and do reporting, thus, saving time and manual effort. Also, the drag-and-drop workflows help us customize processes according to different clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve involved in using Salesforce's sales cloud. New reps or sales ops guys can't instantly start taking advantage of this wonderful platform for the same reason. The learning curve is even steeper due to a lack of learning resources (Trailhead only covers the basics). Perhaps, a solution like "Supered for Hubspot" for Salesforce might be the answer to the learning woes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For end-to-end sales management. Starting from automatically logging in information from the LinkedIn sales navigator to creating reports needed to adjust sales territory and tasks for sales reps accordingly. Also, the distribution engine feature makes it easy to equally distribute new leads among all the sales reps, saving time for the sales ops team!

What do you like best about the product?
With Salesforce Maps, my job got easier as I'm able to track the location of my team members which saves my lot of time and efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on small routes, it doesn't show the exact road which is kind of confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In field sales, it is very important to plan the route for each executive and implement it on daily basis for which this tool has helped me a lot. Ultimately, increasing the efficiency of work of each members.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be readily used and accessed. If there's an email regarding an update from a customer, it will automatically notify the user to see what the response is about. In that way, the pipeline of queues will be quickly updated, and the turnaround time will be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its navigation is a little bit overwhelming for first-time users or for those who just recently used this platform since its application has a lot of tabs or buttons, and some setups are not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps streamline the process because of its effective email management; it shows what emails need immediate actions or attention and can be easily used to track emails that require follow-up.

As an end user - it has great capabilities - but issues integrating with sales loft

What do you like best about the product?
As an end-user SDR, I really enjoy sales loft for building out accounts for new prospects. It runs amazing reports but the absolute focus on this software needs to be data hygiene for end users or it gets really messy really fast. Immaculate data hygiene means immaculate data, so that is important to know. It integrates with other software, with how much efficacy i'm not sure, but they do try. You're able to call straight out of salesforce when integrated with Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate very well with SalesLoft in my experience. The data translation when moving accounts or going back and forth between the data is consistently completely wrong even though from view on SL the data is correct and SF its also correct, trying to import the information doesn't work and doesn't keep contacts connected to the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of accounts, contact each person has made, tracking demonstrations and a prospect's engagement with the product. It tracks built out opportunities and connects an SDR to an AE to their management all on the same data so that we are able to all keep track of one account and run reports for all different kinds of perspective. Again, data hygiene is key or this is innacurate.

Fantastic Platform to manage process

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a great tool that is very flexible that can be configured to manage almost any business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
If best practice is not followed and strict user control is not implemented, users with the wrong profile could damage the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system to view the whole customer journey and all interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating reports and tracking the sales metrics you need to track is straightforward. We migrated from multiple CRM tools and it's been a smooth transition. It's easier than ever to find everything within a couple of clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our data wasn't migrated in correctly. It might not be a Salesforce thing, but a company thing. A lot that I dislike is just security permissions. Other than that, Salesforce has been great and easy to use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our issue of using multiple CRM's before transitioning into Salesforce because now multiple companies are under the same roof. This was a big struggle before we migrated.
