What do you like best about the product?
Easy to have the information you need in one place where team members can access what they need to be effective in their roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with sales cloud.

Ensuring alignment and providing information to improve quality

Salesforce cloud gives us the opportunity to store all our valuable data directly in one location through one platform of many services

It can be slightly challenging to understand Salesforce but once you take trainings and educational videos you will grasp the concepts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us solve the lack of data that can sometimes be imputing this benefits me in the nature of being able to have the sales analytics first hand

What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines a lot of communication, helps us keep customer data in 1 place which all plays a big factor when it comes to marketing and keeping a consistent message when we have a lot of moving parts
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to onboard someone to using it efficiently but honestly that's a lot of services so I guess that's just a downside of any of these really involved things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of past issues with email, marketing and streamlining our lead generation lead follow up and brand consistency so this really helped with that as well as tracking the results
Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The lightning experience has greatly improved the overall user experience with the new look and feel and also delivering more value with new features that makes the day to day tasks easier to accomplish for example pipeline inspection which is such a great feature that helps to dig deeper into the details of the opportunities allowing focused actions that will help with new business wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great but coping with the many releases a year is difficult to allow proper time for new features evaluation, time to implement and foster solution adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily monitoring and managing the sales pipeline. Also it helps our agreement lifecycle management leveraging the opportunities data and that is the great benefit to quickly generate contracts and get new businesses.
Makes your sales life better
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce makes the process of selling simple and can be configured to support your specific needs. If you're planning to grow as a company, the logical endpoint is moving towards Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of configuration is needed, but it makes it worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides visibility to leadership to allow quick access to information so managers can support reps in closing deals faster.
Easy to operate!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the program in assisting me on my everyday tasks. It is extremely user friendly and have been able to train older individuals who sometimes have a hard time with using new programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to find an easier way to make the notes section more visible. So that everyone in the office looking for client information can easily find our specific conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone in the office access to follow up on clients leads and communication. Emails and other files are easily shared in one safe space for everyone to see.
Sales gets streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud enables centralizing data important to sales and marketing teams, which then facilitates automation that takes the effort out of admin and puts reps in front of customers instead of in front of their laptops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud needs integration to your company order system to be more than just a feature rich Outlool or Gmail. It probably should come WITH Mulesoft integration to address that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps didn't have access to order details while on the road, and the mobile app solves that. Reps and support teams couldn't see each other's open items or customer interactions, and now they can.
Very streamlined system!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate all my accounts and contacts ! I like that I can easily see all correspondence between myself and potential customers as well as integrate our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to create user flows. The help articles do not help and any time I need a solution I have to scroll through dozens of forums .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforcing is helping automate our flows and track all of our leads and contacts . This is a one stop shop for our company and helps us be more productive . Our performance definitely increased

What do you like best about the product?
great information very helpful. The flexibility to make it work for my bussines. Out of the bix useful functionality. Robust solutions offered as part of the environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing yet. So far I do not have any negative feedback. Other than it could be more affordable for mid size and small companies. The entry lever to afford it is somewhat high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and Marketing insights. Automte repeated tasks. Provide the roght information at the right time yo the right users. Premier support should be more affordable.
Recently started using Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite after leaving HubSpot.
What do you like best about the product?
Unfortunately, at the moment, I have not found any significant upsides to using Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite over HubSpot. Salesforce seems to be very convoluted and different to navigate. I understand I am dealing with a learning curve. Hopefully, I will get the hang of it better after a few more weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that the complex settings make adjusting something so difficult. I feel a big downside is when viewing lists, you can never see a total number unless you keep scrolling to the bottom. Another big downside is when looking at opportunities in khanban view you can only see X amount of deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all in one central location for convenience and simplicity. The reporting capability should be nice once we figure out how to set them up and manage our data.
