Sales Cloud is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has helped the firm manage out contacts/clients/perspective clients and all other information relevant to maintain a strong relationship and help maintain a high level brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Salesforce is an exceptionally powerful tool that will definitely help the firm over time be able to report trends and help close new clients quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of data for all stakeholders across the firm to open opportunities and increase chances for cross-selling across the partners and counsel around the world
Basic blocks of sales productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency of data and application makes analysis and trending easier. The advancement of the product over time to alleviate additional pinch points has been very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to make sure that customization desires of us as a client doesn't impede our ability to utilize features. Communicating to more than IT in the business is key for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline maintenance and forecasting are the main ones, but now we are looking at "what does a good deal look like" analysis. I am encouraged by what I see for tools on this front.
Solid Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has offered us a a variety of ways to not only track sales and performance, but also automate and provide metrics for departments that work alongside sales. We've been able to provide easy solutions for areas of our business that previously had manual tracking and manual correspondence through custom objects and flow automations. Integrating outside platforms have allowed us to get a full view of our business processes that we previously have to evaluate separetly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that reporting and forecasting is often lacking. We have complex business processes and complex forecasting needs that we often run into walls or missing puzzle pieces that force us to use outside reporting solutions for some of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to better forecast our sales, but also our manufacturing needs to anticipate orders. We've also been able to heavily use communities to provide previously unavailable self-service sites for both B2B ordering as well as claims management, which helps guide our sales users.

What do you like best about the product?
What has been the win for us is activity manangement. Our teams can now track and easily manage tasks, events and log they're calls with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one draw back (though a positive in a way) is that there isn't a full solution ready to go out of the box. Our team was capable of setting up what we needed for our business process, but it would've been great to have a standard best practice baseline ready to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is providing us the visibility into what our sales team is working on. This allows us to ensure we don't lose or ignore opportunities and we have the ability now to better obtain insights into why we win or lose some deals. We can from manual and paper processes where each sales agent did their own thing and we can now deliver consistent experience for our customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an easy yet powerful application in Salesforce. Its been designed keeping sales users in mind and suits almost any organization that sells.Defenitely one of the top cloud application in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvements on UX side. Sales console is good but sometimes its a bit overwhilming and sales users get distracted and feels that the UI is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud made team selling, forecasting & reporting easy. Sales cloud features like Lead management ,Activities, Campaigns, Territory management covers almost all the needs for the sales team to sell.

The flexibility and scalability to accommodate almany solutions

Reports and dashboard capabilities are very limited

Opportunity forecasting. Sales budgeting. Contract management. Affiliate season clearance
Life changer
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the sales cycle, store all the information that truly matters for our sales force. Keeping track on all the relevant info in just one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If been working as the Salesforce admin for my company for over a year and I have not faced any issues with the Salesforce Cloud. It's pretty easy and straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues tracking the leads and accounts that were left behind once one of our sales representatives left the company. Being able to monitor their sales and processes makes everything way easier.
I've been on the Christmas card list for my clients for years now :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all client and leads account data is in one place, is easy to use and intuitive, advanced features can help us build triggers and alerts, excited about the power of GPT
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can get a little complicated if we don't build properly with the right strategy and architecture in mind, May cause siloed data if we don't structure properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us keep all our client data and leads data in one place and with integrations with other applications we can see how our marketing initiatives have performed and our outreach data, also built in we can see when we are exhausting our clients and prospects
