Love Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
So many capabilities, customization and everything you need. The continued advancements with AI and forecasting and pipeline features are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of add ons. They add up quick making look outside the platform for a solution. They are slowly making some paid features available for Enterprise licensing and above at no additional cost, however with it comes boundaries on how you can use the add ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making tracking things easy. Customization and automation is a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
How organized it is and how incredibly useful I find it for my team to keep track of leads, contacts, donations/opportunities and campaigns!!!! Cannot wait to use the marketing features more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates hard to track, data/flow and rules are not easy to use or create without a consultant, which costs a lot of money for a non profit. Also could use some more training sessions on the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have a CRM to track donations for acknowledgement purposes most primarily. We also use Salesforce to analyze activity, perform targeted donor outreach and to email donors through the system for full visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy of use and convinence. It's integrations with slack, Einstein and mulesoft. The simple ability to scale and summarize this data. Taking useful knowledge and simmarizing it quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin interface could be a bit better, the interface could use a ux refresh. The data it stores is phenomal but ease of use could be a bit better. A work in progress

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely loving Salesforce Sales Cloud! As a sales professional, this platform has made my job so much easier and more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the automation features have really helped me stay on top of my leads and follow-ups. The price is .... well, expensive. If I had to say something negative, it would be that price is an issue

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track customer information and interactions, particularly to see when the sales team has touchpoints with the customer, paired with our Pardot info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team adoption. It is a great tool but hard to get everyone to get onboard and use it. While we continue to remind and train, it's hard to get people to sit down and log in to optimize the product.

Enhance collaboration and improve account management by sharing meeting notes, customer touchpoints, and opportunity management. Facilitate the addition of account and client service teams to client accounts.

Generally a bit out of reach if you work for a nonprofit organization.

Upside: the fact sales clout based on cloud it makes it easier to access from anywhere, Moreover, it has huge variety of customization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downside: As much as customization options could be positive it could also be complex and confusing, mainly during training phase and new to the platform users. Maintaining system platform will require time and training investments that could result in expensive costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhanced our overall revenue as well as customer service connections and service. It helped asses the performance of the company by this tool, analyze it and investigate.

Concepts of Standard objects which can be best fitted in any industry .e.g Accounts in Finance company can be used as Company and Investment or Insurance sector as Brokerage.same as contacts as Brokers.

EAC has lots of Gap (Einstein Activity Capture) I had ticketed open where Salesforce says they missed this to incorporate from lightning sync to EAC.

Solving 65% of the Business flow thru standard object and rest 25% thru customization and 10% they don't have solution .

Can be overwhelming to some users who have not been exposed to technology enough
